    I recently completed the *** course and was very satisfied with the experience. Initially, I purchased the *** course, but halfway through, I realized the *** course would better suit my needs. When I reached out, the company was accommodating and refunded me for the *** course without any hassle. I was able to start the *** course just a couple of days later.Regarding support, I noticed that their email support was slower compared to their phone support, which was much more responsive. I resolved most of my issues conveniently by texting their 844 ********** small hiccup occurred when I accidentally provided the wrong email address for my certificate at the end of the course. I grew a bit anxious after reading some other reviews, but fortunately, I got it sorted out without too much trouble.Currently, I work part-time with an agency and also manage my own private clients on weekends. Considering the quality of the course and the support provided, I think this service is a great option for the price.

    I passed the *** Course and never received the certificate. I am calling all the numbers that i see online but no one is answering the 3 different numbers that i have called. I called the 1800 number that is on the website and it goes to ********* Auto place. This looks like it is a scam and i have lost $100. Pls do not do business with them.

    Great course, the material can be challenging but if they have done a great job in walking you through the steps and making sure that all the material is learned step by step. You have to complete many quizzes which makes sure you learned each lessons very well before moving on to the next one. The lessons even include videos and interactive material that is nice to see. Would highly recommend for people that want to work as ************* Aide and to take care of elderly or disabled individuals.

    This website is amazing. I was able to get my nursing training on my schedule at an affordable price. You can run into complications with the course if you can't follow the directions properly. I looked on the *** page and all of my questions were answered. Turns out I accidentally submitted the wrong email address with my final exam and that's why I wasn't able to receive my certification in a timely manner.
