Engaged in a series of discussions with ********************* regarding the withdrawal of my dispute concerning an unauthorized charge by ****, or *********************. This pertains to their operation under the name *** Renewal Support, a misleading association with ***.gov. Despite their lack of affiliation, they refuse to verify this information. It is crucial to note that the renewal and maintenance of a ***.gov account are inherently free.Repeatedly, I have requested the cancellation of my account with them to prevent future charges and sought documentation confirming the cancellation. However, ********************* has consistently refused to provide proof until I withdraw my dispute. I am apprehensive that complying with this request may result in the absence of evidence confirming the account cancellation, leaving me without recourse until the next dispute arises next year.

The company represents themselves as a government agency. I fully believed they were part of ***.gov and Login.gov. I gave them my login and password information.I believed I had to pay this fee as part of our enrollment in the government program.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Hi I did get a refund from Renewal Support. I expressed my concerns that the email we got uses a ***.gov **** and I was fully under the impression they were a government agency.

      Sincerely,

      *******************

RenewalSupport.com contacted our offices and stated they were with *** ****************************** and we needed to pay $499.00 to renew our license. We spoke to someone named **** and he walked us through the process. It turns out this company has zero to do with *** renewal and they have scammed us out of $499.00. We want a refund of our money and our account on their system closed so we will not be charged again.

October 7, 2022 Renewal Support sent out an email to our admin for a renewal to our *** ********************* *****. They got paid $449.00 in which we stopped payment immediately. They did get us for $699.00 in December 2020. Unfortunately our admin thought it look so authentic that she paid these renewals. They should be shut down and prosecuted by the law for fraud. I have reached out to the *** Federal Contractor to make sure they are aware this is happening. This is illegal and they should be stopped immediately.
