Is am writing a formal complaint against Dr. ******** ************ about my visit on August 15, 2024.1.Dismissal of Symptoms and Lack of Professionalism:Dr. ************ interrupted me several times while I was explaining my concerns about my childs symptoms, dismissing them without providing adequate examination or consideration. He cut the meeting short and failed to address the issues in a way that would indicate a commitment to understanding or providing the proper care. This is unacceptable behavior, especially for a pediatric neurologist who should be attentive to both parents and childrens needs.2.Retaliatory Billing:After leaving a review expressing my dissatisfaction with the service provided, I was unexpectedly billed $375 for a New Patient Visit Level 4. The bill which shows random dates with my insurance they gave no indication of not being taken was run several times in random dates even twice in one day. The lacks a clear breakdown of services rendered, and it was issued after my review was posted, leading me to believe that this charge may be a retaliatory response to my feedback.3.Generalized Neglect of Patient Needs:Dr. Flastersteins approach to patient care appears to be consistently poor, as evidenced by numerous reviews from other patients. Common themes include long wait times, canceled appointments without sufficient notice, and a disregard for serious concerns raised by parents regarding their childrens well-being. Many reviews reflect similar patterns of dismissive behavior and unprofessional treatment.4.Misleading and Obscure Business Practices:The business operates under several different names and listings, such as ****************************** and Pediatric Neurologists of Palm Beach, creating confusion for consumers trying to access accurate information. Additionally, the practice has been reported to respond to complaints with threats of legal action rather than addressing the legitimate concerns raised by patients.
