This is the second time I have tried to give this business a chance to properly do their jobs. First time I was overcharged and given a package when I specifically told them I did not want a package. When asked if I was charged for the dewormer that I did not want they lied straight to my face. I checked my bank account and I was charged for it anyways. Had to jump through hoops to get refunded my money. Went back again today to get updated shots for my cat. It was his last round of vaccines. Once again they tried to pressure me into getting a package which I denied because I am not spending more money on a package than I would just to get the individual shots. Once again they tried to force me to get dewormer for my kitten which I refused and they kept pushing me to get it and I still refused. They also screwed up his medical records and said he was due for them in a month when he is not. This was his last round of vaccines and his medical record needs to be fixed to reflect that. He got his first round at the shelter, second round at shotvet, and today got his last round of vaccines. I am getting sick and tired of this company and how awful they truly are. There is no excuse for their ignorance. They cant seem to get a single thing right the last couple of visits but it is the only clinic that I am not working when they are doing it unlike a typical vet. 7/5/2025 shot vet event at pets plus in **************. Cost was $130 I pre paid online because I was told by s*** vet I would get priority and not have to wait in line. When I arrived at 11:05 there was a very long line. I told the lady taking peoples info I pre paid asked her where I go. She said she already handled all the pre paid people and made me get at the back of the line. I had to wait in line for almost an hour. I called customer service I was told that should not have happened that she would message the supervisor of that location/ event. I asked if they would reschedule out to me she said no.Business Response

I went to Pet Smart in ********** on 6.8.25 with my dogs to take them to get shots waited over an hour they started 20 minutes late and turned many people away because they said they needed to be done by 5 pm. It was very disorganized they had two lines but no signs I was on the wrong line they took care of the customers who prepaid first they dont allow you to prepay online for only 1 shot. The entire experience was unacceptable. Both of my dogs need rabies shot and now they cant get nails cut without it. I will also need to take them back. This was a complete waste of time. I purchased Simparico Trio (A flea/tick and dewormer pill and which should have been the second half of a year provided) on 4-4- 2025. I was told I was unable to receive what I purchased Due to needing to visit the vet. That was fine and I agreed to make an appointment as soon as I was financially able. The sales rep ****** said he would notate the purchase so it would reflect when I visit for the appointment. I then get another notice 5-4-2025 that a charge for $185.25 is pending in my bank account for the Simparico trio. I called to fix the mistake and was told I chose a monthly subscription. This is a 6- month product that would need an additional visit to the vet for prescription after 1 refill so a monthly subscription would be ridiculous and honestly shouldnt even be an option. I did not request that subscription and asked for that to be immediately cancelled. Supposedly the subscription was cancelled 5-4-2025 and the transaction was removed. I did see that the transaction was removed as the funds were no longer pending from my account. I was able to visit for my dogs appointment on 5-25-2025 and received the simparico trio that I purchased 4-4-2025 on 5-27-2025 after needing to verify with a receipt and an additional phone call even after **** supposedly Notated it on my account. June 4th, **************************************************************** my bank account. I called and spoke to *******. She was able to cancel the subscription. I did receive an email that the subscription has been cancelled but am still seeing the charge pending. I need the charge removed as it was before. Not a refund but removed. Somehow this was able to be done in May and it needs to be done today. I do not have the funds to cover the charges. The sales reps ******* (I think that is her name. She spoke very quickly and tough to understand when asking her name) and ****** were rude and disrespectful and condescending over the phone when trying to handle the situation.Customer Answer

The manager reached out and quickly provided a refund and explanation of why his staff was unable to do a quick void. We discussed a possible adjustment to that and he was very willing to hear my concerns and let me know I am a valued customer. He was very accommodating and I appreciate the courtesy and assistance. I am hoping we will not be back in this position again next month. I did receive an email that the accidental charge of subscription was cancelled. They never sent the medication and kept my money. I put in a dispute with ******** and should get a refund. Although this is the THIRD time they have done this is just over a year. As of April 19th shot vet has yet to be vaccinated my pet when I already prepaid honestly the techs and doctor seem very off employee was drunk and impaired giving my pet shots while impaired on the job is crazy also a lot of employees making side remarks which is not professional in anyway I believe shotvet in this region isnt the same anymore customer service and the way things are ran isnt fair to the customers getting poor customer service and I have little to no faith in taking my pet to get vaccinated by people who are drunk and high at workBusiness Response

I went to a ShotVet event for my pet cat on 02/15/25 where he received his shots and I was notified by the veterinarian that the records for his vaccinations would update online within 24 hours. As of 02/17/2025 there has been no update on the online portal for my pets records nor is anyone available for assistance on the customer service line they provide. I would love to be patient and wait for the records to finally update hopefully, but I need to use these records as proof of vaccination to my leasing company. ShotVet does not provide a valid email for contact or have anyone attending their phones to speak with.Business Response

January 31, 2025 I prepaid for pet services for my 164 pound dog. The medication only covers body weight of 123 pounds. I purchased 2 strengths to cover the animals weight. The company with held my order due to the 2 medications as it appeared I was purchasing for 2 separate animals. They have the records for this dog(pertaining to body weight) and should have been able to determine this was for one dog. The purpose of prepaying is to skip the line. this did not happen either. When I asked to speak to a manager today for the delay in processing of the order, I was informed no managers are available. I would like to speak with a manager or supervisor to ensure this does not continue. It is important that the dog gets these preventatives consistently and this delay could cause an interruption in that preventative treatment.Business Response
