      This company has been paid for several vacations before Covid!!!! Now they will not honor my vacation because they say it has been to long. They gave me 3 yr but Covid is still a problem. All of my trips were out of the country. I have tried to talk with a supervisor, to no avail!!!!! I do not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!! The customer service is very poor and it is ridiculous that you can’t speak to a supervisor or manager. This is how companies get away from proper business and this is the reason why they lose. Repeat customers. I will never deal with this.

      I won this package with Resort Save on the radio spring of 2023. Booked 1st trip and travelled 3/15/23, when I arrived at the Hampton Inn Cypress Creek with my daughter, checked in and made our way to the room. The hallways were filthy, carpet stains galore and the windows were disgusting. The room I itself was a mess in terms of upkeep and general cleanliness. After being in the room for about 20minutes I’d went to the front desk to inform them I initially requested the Sheraton she advised that I couldn’t be transferred there and I’d have to call resort save the following day. After another hour of being in the room my eyes started itching and my nose was super stuffy- I knew it had to be mold. I found water damage in the closet. I called down and the receptionist advise they cannot move me to another room because they were full. By morning my daughter was wheezing to the point her nebulizer was not keeping it at bay. I checked out emailed & called resort save pictures and my complaint and requested a refund. I’m still waiting on my refund of $248.88 paid may 2022, $245? Paid on 3/3/23 (last minute booking and $167 paid union check in to hotel.
      I don’t want anything from resort save they can keep their “trips.” Major disappointment and poor quality personnel that work there and even poorer quality hotel they contract with!! I also filed a complaint with Hilton… that Hampton inn need to be closed and remodeled….

      Returned Vance's call, he was very polite and understanding about my circumstances and extended my packages. Was transferred to the manager and explained that it would cost extra to extend which no one told me it costs extra and my package was expired 8 months ago. Was told originally as long as I get to use one a year, it would extend for another year. Told the manager I can't pay right now and as I was about to explain to him what I was told, he hung out. Manager is very rude for hanging up and not trying to listen to what I have to say. All he probably heard from me is that I'm not paying, I don't have to deal with her. He didn't say "bye" or have a good day. Any cooperate read this, check to see who this manager is, he might be doing this to other as well. I called Vance on March 2, 2023 around 2:04pm Eastern Time Ext 144 and was transferred to manager

      My overall rating is for Joseph! He was very patient and understanding of my personal situation regarding my trip; he answered every question I had in detail, was super sweet and overall just amazing!

      A little tricky at first and almost seems scammy. Although, that's not the case at all! Just be patient with the customer service representatives and they will 100% take care of you. I highly recommend asking specifically for Joseph P, he was EXTREMELY helpful on multiple occasions and whenever I had a question. Great service, customer care, and company!

      Direct and accurate customer service! Representative name is Joseph P. He Was patient with what I was inquiring on & took care and provided the information that was needed! I Thank you for good customer service as it is very soothing to soul to know I was correctly taken care of! So excited to Travel!

      I will say I was also very skeptical, but my experience turned out amazing, I booked my cruise with no issues and now booking my hotel stay most likely in Mexico. Joseph was so friendly and accommodating. Thanks again Resort Save.

      I spoke to Joseph today and he was so helpful! Very patient as he assisted me in logging in, getting my certificate registered, while showing me how to maneuver throughout the website. He was very kind, and Knowledgeable! I’m very happy I was able to speak with him as my customers service representative! Thanks again Joseph!!!!

      I want to give this business a 5 star based on customer service because everyone is helpful and respectful on the phone. They do their job efficiently but the company itself is very sketchy. I should’ve read about this company first before purchasing a highly discounted package for a 5 night cruise and a 4 night Orlando trip through a radio station ad. I also purchased an upgrade for an all-inclusive in Cancun which rang up the total to almost $1k. Being a timeshare owner myself, I know how these promotions work but I’ve never been so deceived like this with the cruise portion of the package. I honestly don’t know what to expect about the rest of the deal. On the phone, the Resort Save reps tells you that all you have to pay for (besides the package that was paid for already) are port fees, taxes etc. Mind you, they use a 3rd party fulfillment company called ** *** to book the cruise, not them. They give you a certificate that you could use to book and you have to be an upfront cost of $150 just to pick out 2 dates. It says on the certificate that you get an interior stateroom in the lower deck. I called ** *** to complete my booking and they said I have to “pay for an upgrade” for an interior stateroom when all cruises have an interior cabins as their basic cabin type. I am also traveling with my infant so they’ve added a surcharge for him, which I’ve clearly known that kids sail for free at certain Royal Carribean ships. This Rep from ** *** then quoted me $2k for the cruise when all I am supposedly left to pay are port fees and nothing else. I asked for the itemized invoice and the breakdown but the Rep refused to give it to me. This company may be legit but the way they do there business is somewhat unethical due to the unexplained fees upon initial purchase of the package. Please stay away from this company! Bottom line is, I am writing this complaint to retrieve some of my money and move on with my life. I can cut some loses but not all of my money.
