    I hired this company to remove 2 trees from my back yard, they quoted me an estimate to cut the trees down for 2k and would include stump grinding for an additional 500; the company removed 2 trees only along with 4 panels of my fence on 2/3/2023 and was paid in full on 2/3/2023. I was told the panels would be put back in place after the stump grinding was complete. The company said the stump grinding would be taken care of within a few days of the tree removal service but has never come back out to complete the job. The company has been contacted over a dozen times and plenty of excuses have been given and the company will not complete the stump grinding. Can you help with a refund or order them to complete the job?

    I called to have them finish grinding the stump, and they kept saying they would have someone come out, but they haven't. I paid $1500, half up front. They collected the other half while doing the job. But left without finishing the stump. My next-door neighbor also had a tree removed and a stump. They finish his stump, but not mine. Apparently, the stump grinding machine broke and leaked oil heavily on the road. They did not come back to finish the stump. I just want the stump finished.

    Contracted with Sun State on Nov 7 to remove 11 trees for $10K. Kevin and I discussed the critical trees that would be removed and clean up the other trees. 2 trees were important, he stressed hurricane Nicole could drop them on my house. I told him I was in no hurry for the other trees and told him several times to not touch the natural barrier I had between my neighbors. The crew arrived in about 30 minutes, a little after 1pm, I had no time to prepare. They sent a double crew to do this, I went into the house to get out of the way and go back to work. Kevin marked the 11 trees after I went into the house. I work until 6:30, I couldn't see what they had done. The crew showed up again Tues am. At 11am Kevin came to the door and asked me to walk the property and pay him. He said I signed off on the contract at that point, I didn't understand that to be the case. There are several large trees Kevin said would come out still standing, one is leaning over the neighbors pool and in bad shape. They left at noon, I assumed for lunch and never came back. They left huge logs down on my bamboo, pineapples and flower beds! They ran over a 20ft mango tree, they stripped the palms I had as a natural fence between neighbors. They nearly destroyed an orange tree. Several problem trees I was told would come out are still there, Kevin tagged small trees that didn't cost as much to take out. He tagged a small Mimosa tree on the other side of the lawn that I didn't want removed and left a very dangerous tree I was told would be removed. They destroyed my beautiful back yard and didn't do the job I paid for. They did not come back for 8 days (hurricane and scheduling issues) to remove the logs they left. They were here for 1 1/2 hours, they could have done that Tuesday instead of leaving the mess on my yard for 8 days. I have many more details, not enough room here. I'm not sure if I want them back on my property, I need the job done and my privacy restored
