  Excellent experience with **** and his team at *********. Competitive pricing and great communication throughout the entire process. Roof removal and install were completed as scheduled/planned, including protection of the house, driveway and landscaping. Weve been through a hurricane/rainy season and have had no issues. ****, as promised, came out a year later to make sure our solar fans continue to work properly. Highly recommend.

  When I started the process of finding a local trustworthy roofing company I was afraid of getting taking advantage of as a woman and being talked down to but to the contrary this was not the case. From my first conversation with **** I got the impression he was honest and upfront and he was respectful. I found the company through the local phone book. **** helped walk me through the steps of the reroofing process with clear instructions. The office staff was polite and professional and helpful with my questions. The necessary information was provided in a timely manner and ***** was always available if I needed clarification and provided quick follow up and communication of the paperwork needed to complete the process efficiently. Finally the day arrived and the crew showed up first thing in the morning and got right to work and with the exception of lunch worked diligently, thoroughly and efficiently to transform my roof from an old one into a beautiful new one. The crew was professional and friendly and pleasant and polite. I love the work they did and will definitely recommend ************. They cleaned up the whole area and had a protective cover all around the house to catch the debris and picked up and cleaned up all around the home and yard when they finished the roofing. They were careful with the shrubs around the house and raked the perimeter of the house and cleaned up the fallen nails and roof debris even going so far as to get on their knees and picking up the fallen debris. The crew didnt yell or wasnt loud as I had heard other crews in the neighborhood who had had their houses reroofed. The crew was friendly and polite from beginning to end. This turned out to be a great experience and a great job done. They finished the job in one day and the end result is an astonishingly beautiful and very well executed piece of work. The result of this is that the house looks so much better including the new skylights. I couldnt imagine better roofers. Thanks.

  Neil, Nilda, and the roofing crew were amazing. The process from quote to completion (including inspection approval and wind mitigation inspection) was fast and easy. The price, considering the added benefits of warranty and reputation, was phenomenal. I appreciated the professionalism and down to earth nature of Neil. I appreciated the responsiveness and care of Nilda. Top notch!

  I would refer this company to anybody that needs a roof. They are very professional. I would highly recommend they did a wonderful job on my roof. Neal is awesome.

  Roofing pro USA did a great job replacing my roof in Lake City. William came to my house and showed me examples of the shingles and had me pick three and told me that they would try to get my first choice as William stated that shingles are hard to get. After a short time zi was told that the shingles had come in and that they would be delivered and that a crew would be there to replace the roof Prior to the crew arriving a dumpster was delivered. When the crew arrived they started replacing my roof and did a great job. I would like to say that they dealt with the insurance company and took care of everything. Thank you William for a great job and to Beth insuring everything went smoothly again Thank You.
