    Do not and I repeat do not rent from this management group. They are horrible to rent with. They were all so quick to get us to sign our lease so they can get our money but then when it came to fixing things they wanted nothing to do with the property. When some of the appliances needed to be fixed, it would take them a couple months to have somebody come out and fix it. And even then the appliances would be half a** fixed to where they would break again in a couple months. Had an issue with the water smelling like rotten eggs due to the water sitting in the water heater for several months during the summer and it wasnt fixed until 2 months after the maintenance request was submitted. Oh and have a lawyer or a professional review their sketchy lease agreement before signing it. My girlfriend and I were getting sick every time we would stay here and spotted mold and water stains in the downstairs vents right below the master shower and sinks. Dont bother reporting the mold to Wilson cause they wont do anything about it and instead give you 7 days to pack everything up and vacate and then permanently terminate your lease so they can get someone else in there that hopefully wont notice the mold and stains when they paint over it. By far the worst and sketchiest management company/landlord I have ever dealt with.
