  *********** improve in the future?The tech misdiagnosed the problem then told me they couldn't find the part. I was charged $80 for an incorrect diagnosis.The next company I contacted said the part was very easy to find and fixed the actual problem the next day. When contacted Water's Edge they were rude and unhelpful.

  Water’s Edge was contracted to:
  • Refinish my existing 30-yearold pool with their patented Pebble Beach finish.
  • Replace all tile and coping.
  • Replace and upgrade the in-pool light to a multicolor LED type light.
  • Oversee installation of pavers atop the existing concrete pool deck (~900 sq ft).
  It was very convenient to have one contractor oversee all aspects of the pool renovation since coordination of schedules can always be a challenge. Water’s Edge did a great job of coordinating the paver installation, electrical work for the new light, installation of the new tile and coping and finally, the refinishing of the inside of the pool. All of the work was done with smooth transition from one team of specialists to another. I felt this was important. This was not “two men and a truck”. This was a team of people who did excellent work with pavers, followed by someone who knows pool electrical work, followed a team for tile and coping and finally a team for the pool refinishing process.
  We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the reliability and good will demonstrated by Water’s Edge during the process. Water’s Edge addressed every question with an answer and/or immediate action. Great job!

  Terrible service, communication, no professionalism. Had to argue and point out on the contract what they forgot and said was not in writing but was.
  Owner tried to playcate me since the finish on the coping was damaged. The sealer they have on the bricks in front of the store, we forgot to make sure in writing it said to seal them. After arguing the owner sent his son who had no idea what to do.
  The sand under the bricks have caved since so all is uneven and looks bad. I will not call the company back. I no longer want them on my property. Smoking and cussing on my porch while I'm inside giving a job interview over the phone.
  If you complain while they're working, that's another week before they come again. A 3 week job took 6 months and turned me into the customer that's never satisfied. The job wasn't done right so why should I be. Never again.
