My husband and I built our forever home and designed what is also our dream pool, compliments of Holland Pools. The process was seamless and the result exceeded our expectations. It was simple, we met with our designer/sales specialist (*************************) a few times both remotely and in person. In each of our meetings he was extremely knowledgeable, ****** patient, receptive to our ideas and answered all of our questions even when they were not adding additional costs to our project. Some salespeople would provide the answer to increase the company's bottom line and ******* did not do this; his focus was on meeting our needs and fulfilling our requests. He was thorough in his explanations and provided alternative options once he knew our vision. Once the actual build process began ******* did not abandon us when we reached out, instead he pointed us in the right direction. This is when we were introduced to another one of Holland Pools' expert staff members *******, Operations Manager. ******* reached out super early on a Friday morning based on ******* communicating our concerns/questions relating to the build process. He answered all questions and alleviated our concerns. My background is HR and I can say with 100% certainty that Holland Pools has hit the jackpot with ******* and *******. One more thing, to our pleasant surprise our pool was up and running in 2 months (Oct 9, 2023 form boards placed to outline digging, Nov 25 - 27, 2023 pool filled with water, yes it took 3 full days to fill our pool running 24/7. Remember ******* are scorching here so if you are in the market for a pool, I definitely recommend Holland Pools. Proud pool owners *************

WARNING!!! DO NOT let Holland Pools install your pool heater!! After less than 4 years our Jandy heater was completely rusted through. Several pool service techs said this was caused by Holland pools failing to install a check valve. By not doing this (AS INSTRUCTED IN THE JANDY INSTALLATION MANUAL) salt water was able to back flow into our heater and rust the internal components. Upon contacting Holland Pools we were told "WE NEVER INSTALL CHECK VALVES". We were able to have Pinch A Penny install a new Jandy heater (and check valve) at a cost to us over $4,500! Holland Pools again showing their poor quality of installation and customer service!
