      This is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with in my entire life and wish my insurance company would stop using them......I've had multiple negative experiences over the years dealing with this company and started purchasing my own supplies for my CPAP machine to avoid dealing with Respitec. However, I recently again had to contact Respitec because my CPAP machine stopped working. I previously have been waiting for a new CPAP machine for more than a year due to a recall. Due to the pandemic there has been an extreme shortage of CPAP machines which is understandible. However, I called Respitec to ask if I could possibly get my current CPAP machine repaired so that I have something to use until my replacement CPAP is available. However, the representative at Respitec wouldn't listen to a word I was saying and kept telling me about the recall which I told her multiple times that I was already aware about. This is similar to my other experiences in contacting Respitec where representatives would constantly speak over me, not listen to my needs and were rude/condesending. I work in healthcare as a registered nurse and this company does not deserve to be in the business of healthcare because they are totally useless and doesn't know anything about helping people and doesn't hire staff with basic, courteous customer service skills!
