    C Pap equipment was received January 11, 2023. For meeting Medicare deductible I was left with a bill of $14.16. I did not get that info until March. It was paid. April 7, 2023. I received a statement it was not paid in May. I did not get to call until June and speak to Christina in their billing department. I told her it was paid and I had sent in the proof of the cashed check. She stated they could not find it and that she would look into it but if I could send in something from the bank. I explained my mother is ill and June 19th had a stroke and was diagnosed with Lymphoma and is now on Hospice. Due to this I could not get to the bank in a timely manner but would call them. I did and they provided proof but it was encrypted and I could not open it. Today I had coverage for mom and went to the bank and obtained the proof enclosed, plus proof they made the check electronic. I also received a call from a collection agency, which means that they have damaged my credit for something that has been paid. Billing status needs to be corrected as well as my credit report as soon as possible.

    I am rejecting this response because:When will they get back to me?  BBB gives me 10 days to respond to them but they are leaving it open ended with no time frame in which they will respond. I want what I paid accredited to my account and my credit cleared.
