  My wife and I had been struggling with the burden of our timeshare costs for the past three years following an abrupt change in our financial situation. Despite repeated efforts, we were unable to work out a solution with Vistana / Marriott Vacation Resorts. In April 2025, we reached out to the Aaronson Law Firm in desperation. Within just four months, they secured a complete release from our timeshare obligations. Throughout the process, everyone at Aaronson was professional, courteous, and responsive to our questions. Choosing Aaronson to represent us in our dealings with ******** has truly been a blessing.

  I have been a client with Aaronson Law Firm for a little over three years. I felt very comfortable working with them from day one based on my discussions with them regarding my Timeshare case. The told me the Case would take several years to complete but assured me that they will find a way for me to stop making payments and THEY DID!!! I did not pay any money for almost 3 years to the ****************** The Firm was in frequent contact with me giving me updates on my Case and always assuring me that my Case is in good hands. My Case is finally over and the Timeshare is out of my hands. I would personally recommend Aaronson Law Firm to anyone who needs legal help with their Timeshare Exit.Thank you Aaronson Law Firm.

  I have been a client with Aaronson Law Firm for almost 2 years now and they have done nothing with my case. I hired them to get my timeshare cancelled. They wrote a very weak position letter to the timeshare company almost 2 years ago and has done absolutely nothing since. I emailed to request updates and I was told by legal assistants that I have to "wait them out." One assistant told me in an email "it can take up to 5 years." At no time, when I hired this firm did they tell me the objective is to play the waiting game. The timeshare company has been proceeding, business as usual. This law firm does not instill any type of urgency with the timeshare company. I wrote the timeshare company several letters before hiring Aaronson and if I would have known that all I needed to do was "wait them out" I could've saved myself thousands of dollars. I went with this place over others because they were a law firm and are held to a higher standard but their work is not worth a penny. I will be taking further action but wanted to give my experience and urge others that are between going with a law firm & another company, you will be better off choosing someone else. Aaronson Law Firm takes your money & then asks you to wait the timeshare company out (if you're not going to settle), which is something you can do on your own without wasting your money. Major rip off.

  Hello , we are also extremely grateful that we where able to find Aaronson law firm , Because we
  did not know how we were going to get out of our timeshare, we have tried different things
  like , selling , renting , but nothing was working for us. So we began to talk to the timeshare people for help ,but that did not go well either, and we lost more money. So we found Aaronson.
  law firm. And good things began to happen. They took our case and told us that they could help
  us, but that it would take several yrs for it to happen. They kept in frequent contact with us about
  what was going on, So now we are finally done. thanks to their firm. they are a very personable
  and thorough. We would definitely recommend their law firm to anyone that needs help with their
  situation.

  We are extremely grateful to have found Aaronson Law Firm when we did. All other avenues seemed out of reach for us because we had recently acquired our timeshare and only kept finding exit groups that would assist if the timeshare had been paid off. The timeshare had not reported our good standing and could not report when we stopped payment because Aaronson was representing us. The only hold up we had was due to me basically freezing with fear that I did not have enough information to get us out of the contract and taking a long time to turn in my paperwork. As soon as I did however I was able to call and email regarding the status of my case and could see them working on my account when I logged in to the timeshares webpage. We absolutely recommend going with Aaronson Law firm and hope they are able to help more people out of what is essentially legal fraud.
