    I purchased $295 with of Turbo on the phantom app. Since purchasing it, I have been blocked from being able to withdraw, sell, swap or send my Turbo coins out of my wallet. I have opened 4 support cases, sent them numerous copies of my logs, and requested for them to repeatedly fix this issue. They have done absolutely nothing over 3 months. The value of the coin has since plummeted, and I still have no possible way to do anything with the coins that I paid for. I am requesting a full reimbursement of the funds that I used to pay for a coin that Phantom has prevented me from accessing after purchase. A quick online search turned up hundreds of other users with the same issue not being able to move or withdraw funds. This needs to be on record with BBB as this company seems to be doing this to many customers.

    I have not heard from them or their customer support team. I have also found dozens more people experience what I have been experiencing with our funds held hostage with no support or response. I hope there can be a formal report filed against them or if there is a governing authority notified.
