    This company came to do a coconut tree removal, and this coconut went to my pool, and they used a whole bobcat to remove the coconut head from the pool and then they damaged my pool, and they told they would be coming the next two days with a guy for an estimate. I been still waiting for them to come since that day on Wednesday 3, 2024. I been trying to call they're not even answering the phone.They were charging me $400 for the service but at then after the damage I gave them $100 thinking that they would be fixing the damage which I'm still waiting for that and no answer. They ran away from the issue. I already have been getting estimates for the screen that was also damaged and the pool for the same problem. All together is around $20,000 or more for the repair.I also have cameras for more proof.Company License#: CC#******

    This customer did not hire our company to remove the palm. He hired a fly by night company who dropped the tree in the pool and is responsible for the damage. The guy that did the job for this customer is a friend of mine. He called me to assist with removing the tree from the pool. I removed the tree as a favor for a friend. The customer never had a contract with me and never paid me for any work. The customer is trying to come after me because he hired an unlicensed company and is now trying to come after me.
