    I hired Exotic Garden Designs LLC back on November 21st , 2022 to perform a landscape renovation at a rental property I own in ********, **. The cost of the work was 10k plus cost of fence materials which was part of the work needed to be done. ********************* ( registered owner of the ***** and his wife, ***************************** ( based on what they told me) were who came to my property. They stated they needed to 50% down payment to secure date of service. I agreed and provided them with a check of $6,681.19 ( $5,000 50 % down payment of the 10K work plus the fence material of $1,681.19) . We agreed to start sometime mid December to towards end of December , 2022 since I needed my property to be ready for rent by December, 31st, 2022. First date they gave to come to start the job was 12/18/22. They cancelled last minute on the same day . *****************************, stated they will come the following Wednesday 12/21/22, but they never showed up. After I contacted her, she stated her kid was sick and she couldn't make it . She told me she will be coming the following Tuesday, 12/27/22 . Monday. 12/26/22 , I texted her asking for a ETA for the next day scheduled service date, she stated she won't make it until Wednesday 12/28/22. Wednesday came and they never showed up not contacted me to update me. Later on that day , she said her child had one her toes injured and had to be taken to the *** I was sympathetic and ask her when will they be able to come to do the job . She said, 12/31/22. ******** texted me earlier that day stating that it was raining where she was coming from therefore she will be arriving later than originally planned. I said, that is ok to take her time. After several texts during the morning and afternoon, asking for ETA , she replied late afternoon stating they never made it. I said I will give her one more time to come and complete the work otherwise I will want my money back. She said 01/12/23. On that day they never showed up. After 01/12/23, they never answered my phone calls not my texts ever again.
