If you need anything please let us know or you may requests us through the warranty company for services.

1 starIf I could give them zero starts I would. Let’s start with the first visit to determine what was wrong with the oven. The tech showed up 2 1/2 hours past their “time window”. Then he says he has to order the parts and they’d take 3-4 days to come in. This on Feb 29th. Today is March 28th. Yesterday the office lady calls to finally schedule the reprimand gets extremely rude when we tell her that date won’t work because we’ll be away on vacation. “Well can’t you get a friend, family member, or neighbor to come for the repair?” Seriously???? So they can be inconvenienced with your tardiness like we were?? After few more nasty snippets from her my husband hung up on her. She then calls me, which I didn’t realize right away. I call back less than 10 minutes later (it was around 4:30-they’re open till 5) and get voicemail. She doesn’t return my call. The husband calls today and gets voicemail. Screening your calls I see. So at 5 when she hadn’t called back I contacted Lowe’s extended warranty company to request a diff service provider. If I were you, I’d call someone else before calling Nite Owl!!Nite Owl Appliance Repairs, Inc.

You were called on the date of the service that the technician would be running late. We are sorry you do not understand in the service world things happen ex: traffic, longer calls than anticipated, etc. Just like when I go to the Doctor and the appointment is 12pm and you get in the room at 1pm & see the Dr at 2pm. I am not going to complain, I am going to understand that they are busy and will get to me accordingly. All time frames are estimated on all appointments in all industries. If a customer is looking for an exact time frame. We call that ****** on the Spot which there is a seperate service fee for being there on your exact time frame that is requested. You were advised at the day of service that 1 of your screws on the unit is stripped out. The s**** is not shown on the schematics for the unit. Which we had to send research through the manufacturer. This took over 3 wks to get back to us, which the technician did advise you on the date of diagnosis this would be a 3---4 week turnaround not 3---4 days like you are stating. We received your parts and contacted you to schedule the installation. At that time you advise you will be out of town for over 11 days. You have a lot of time restrictions for availability due to both of your employments. Which per your contract you have to make yourself available for the service. Not the service provider being available for 2 short hours or less out of an 8 hour work period. We do not prescreen our phone calls. When we are on the phone with customers, you have the opportunity to leave a voice message. Most calls are returned within a 24 hr period, unless it is a friday or weekend. We have cancelled the dispatch per your request and have returned the parts.
Thank you

1 starIt was a ridiculous waste of time and Tech has a horrible disposition, with questionable business practices, Nite Owl Appliance repair is more like Nite Of the Crappy Attitude, inconveniencing customers and zero repair. Wishing I could give him less than negative one star rating.Absolutely horrible attitude, unwilling to fix an issue with parts already supplied by GE. He would not even look at them.I'm guessing the guy was trying to scam another visit. I have a dryer that has a known defect and GE just replaces the same parts, that keep burning out. The last repairman ordered 2 sets of replacement parts, one for the repair on 11/23 and one for the future burn out, that was destined to happen. The Nite Owl tech shows up and says he cannot use parts left behind from another repairman...What? They were shipped by UPS to my home by GE and are still sealed in the original packaging. He refused to hear me out, got sassy, cut me off mid-sentence and consequently, I kicked him out of my house, and told him to get off my *** property. No one sasses me in my own home. The next scheduled repairman said using parts supplied by GE is not a problem as long as it's in the original unopened package, which it ALL IS.Nite Owl Appliance Repairs, Inc.

The technician advised you that we CAN NOT use parts that we did not purchase. The technician left due to your swearing at him We don't know why the previous company would order you 2 elements and only install one and leave you a extra one and then bill your warranty company for 2 parts. We have notified your service contract provider of the situation & the other company leaving extra parts that they paid for. We are sorry you do not understand we have guidelines through the warranty company we have to follow. The other is not to leave you extra parts that were not needed that is called stealing & is NOT in our company policy.Leah R

Lets be clear, he left after I told him to get the **** out of my house and off my ***** property, which he earned by his horrendously bad attitude. He deserved that! Also, you don't know why the previous tech left the parts? To be clear it was NOT stealing, the insurance company was well aware of the arrangement. But...could it be that your Tech rudely cut me off mid sentence 3 times? Your Tech doesnt know why a ** dryer that has a known defect, would need extra parts for when it's bound break again? The Tech who actually repaired knew and did not have a comprehension problem.I know why your tech would not use the already supplied parts from **. 1.You charge for the initial visit.2. You charge for parts.3 .You charge for the install. So who's really using questionable business practices, and stealing..?Meanwhile, the customer who has perfectly good brand new/unused, factory delivered parts in sealed boxes is inconvenienced by your greed, poor attitude, and bad business practices. Not to worry and Congratulations Nite Owl Appliance repair, keep it going. Your greed and bad attitude will work, your way, right out of business while making the all the other area repair services look SPECTACULAR. Nice Job! Keep it up! More over, my dryer got fixed that same day by a great tech, who used the ** supplied parts your Tech refused to even look at, let alone, use. Imagine that, and he didn't disrespect me in my home. I suggest you revisit your business practices and check your Techs attitudes....or better yet, don't and fade away.Nite Owl Appliance Repairs, Inc.

We only get paid one time no extra pay to order parts or come back to Finish a service call so you have no idea what you are talking about and we don't use parts we don't supply for insurance reasons obviously the other company doesn't care where parts come from, that is there choice and you were swearing at the technician in your home and outside your home he has you on tape yelling at him and we have contacted your warranty provider to make sure the 1st Company did not bill them for parts. It's too bad you don't understand we have policies and guidelines we follow which have been the same for 22yrs. We called the extended warranty provider which they told us they never sent anyone else out to service your dryer and they would never have sent service the same day for a dryer repair. We especially don't service hostile customers that are abusive to employees. We did not do anything wrong except try to advise you we cannot use the part you had from a previous service. You obviously didnt want to hear that and had thought we would fix your unit that day. We apologize you do not understand we cannot take on that type of liability. Just like the tech tried to explain to you multiple times. This case has been documented & is closed per your warranty company. If you need further service contact your warranty company.Review fromD. 1 starMid December they came to our home Said we needed upper and lower boards ! He said he changed he says your cord is bad So he was going to charge for both boards and only changed the bottom Then when I call Nite owl lady sad my plug is wrong my hose is wrong lol So I asked why did he not say that today and not 30 days ago She said his lying was a mistake and not a lie lol I built new homes for 40 years I know what Im talking about If this guy worked for me he would of been fired for lying to a customer All she did is defend him And than come up with BS,Nite Owl Appliance Repairs, Inc.

Your unit is plug in to a multi ac plug which you had multiple cords plugged in to. The cord from your dishwasher is a extension cord that someone cut the one end off and wired it to the dishwasher, it sould be hard wired with conduit after the technician found no power to the dishwasher that's why the tech never installed the other board. We advise you of this and you didn't want to listen to the technician or our office rep, plus in your owners manual from the manufacturer it states the dishwasher must be on its on own supply line which your dishwasher is not we can send you the pictures the technician took if you need them and you should know that if you have been building homes for 40 yrs. I hope you told your customers the dishwasher must have its own 120v supply but by reviewing the pictures the technician sent us abvouisly you don't. It must be on a dedicated 120 v line. Per the mftr & your warranty company we are not to perform any services if the unit is not installed to the manufacturers instructions. Which yours is clearly not to mftr specs. We have advised the warranty company and shared the pictures with them to attach to your file.
Thank you for your review

We have explained this to you via email, voicemail & through the ****** 1 star review you had left as well as now on the BBB site. You are disastisfied that you had called us within 30 mins of the office being opened. You called 3 times during 10 mins and had to leave a voice message. As we advised you if we are on the phone the next caller would have to leave a voice message. Which you did & we did return your call within 16 mins of the 1st voicemail you left to us & within 5 mins of your 3rd voicemail to us. We set up the appointment and then you decided to write a 1 star review due to we didnt answer the phone when you called. Your contract is through the warranty company not through us. They set up the service appointments for you. If you are going to write bad reviews due to a service company didnt pick up the phone when YOU called. We are not going to continue services to be reprimanded for not picking up a phone. This is why we will not provide service for you. Yes we receive alot of calls during the day & especially during the Holiday Season. If you are unable to understand, we are unable to assist you with service. This is why we cancelled the appoinment & dispatch. We have called Doctors offices to leave a message and do not receive a return call for hours or upto 4--5 business days. Life is too short to be stressed out on leaving a voicemail and trying to call someone 3 times in 10 mins. You paid the warranty company to provide service for your appliance when it breaks, there is no time line it must be fixed within a certain period of time. Nor does it state we must be waiting to answer your phone call everytime you call. We are not going to send a technician into a hositle environment. And obviously you are because you are going way out of line about leaving voice messages for service. Again contact your warranty company that is who you paid, they will attempt to get a service center that *** be able to accomodate your anticipations. And again you must have patience when calling as our industry handles customer nationwide, not just your issue.Review fromDiane W
