Before he started the pool had no issues, clear as can be. The following week he was to come on a Saturday did his thing (we were out of town) said would come back Sunday to recheck levels( we thought ok this guy actually cares, awesome). The following week Saturday comes and goes with no communication. My husband texts asking when hes going to arrive, he said he ran behind and would be here Sunday. Ok fine, at this point were over the wishy washy inconsistency, but are patient as hes just trying to get his business off the ground. So Sunday comes-around 2 pm ish- he does what he does and leaves.. by Wednesday the pool is starting to turn green AGAIN. At this point we r furious as we are having a birthday pool party on Saturday.. so we text and say hey the pool is starting to algae again and turn green and we are having a pool party Saturday need you here early.. ok he comes Saturday early, great, theres a hope itll be ready for the party NOPE!!!! He cleans the filter scrubs the sides, and if any chemicals were put in I didnt see that.. but he tells my husband if I shock it no one will be able to swim in it today, so I will do the rest and come back tomorrow (Sunday) ok fine.. at the point what are we supposed to do.. I guess we will have a horribly GREEN pool for the party embarrassing af so Sunday comes and goes not. A. Single. Word. So I tell my husband to text him.. and well he makes all kinds of excuses on whats going on and this and that. So instead of rectifying it he tells us will give our money back.. only can do that by *****, we dont have *****, we paid cash. Said could do PayPal or Venmo or drop cash off at my home.. no reply.. its Thursday.. still no refund. I went and got 4 bags of shock, some algae stuff and clarifier,. My pool is blue again and can see the bottom.. what pool guy couldnt do that? Absurd. I hope he does better with other customers and services he offers.
