            There are two parties on this complaint. BlueStar Auto Movers *************** Transport (PT). Repair & Refund are in order.****************************** Acct Exec @ **** ************************************************************************* ************, ext4800, ******************************* ********************* (father ****** is listed on Bill of Lading)****** Transport, LLC ***** ******* MC ******* ************ ********************** 04/28/2023: We contracted w/ **** to transport our car from ********, ** to *********, **. ******** turn, hired PT to do the job. Payment was immediately taken from our credit card in the amount of $1,275.Our complaint is our car was delivered with a gaping hole underneath & severe damage to the radiator & surrounding parts. We only discovered a problem bc the dashboard readout indicated a coolant leak. Our mechanics diagnostic video shows a massive hole that punctured through a metal plate underneath the car up through the radiator with chunks of ************** caught in ************ pouring out.After multiple email exchanges w/ **** we requested his boss & got *********************, ext ****. BSAMs response has only been: you have no proof. We have ************ of the loading & unloading of our car & what a fiasco it was. Time stamped pics show the warning was only present @ delivery. We were very clear, no delivery before the 05/13/2023.****/PT delivered the car a day too early & in the dark (10:30PM). I never begrudge a person trying to do an honest days work but own up to your mistakes.With the amount of coolant fluid pouring out of the car there is no way our car would have been functional in the hot CA sun had the hole been there prior to the move. Up until that Monday, 05/08/2023, the car was driven & there was no puddle nor an alert readout on the car panel before or while **** placed it on his trailer. Again, we have videos. It was clear that he had moved our car on & off as it was facing the opposite direction at **************** are 25 miles to account for.

            Long distance referral over the phone, had to put all our trust in them without meeting them, they exceeded our expectations, There was trouble with the overseas shipper where they dropped our vehicle and they handled it for us graciously. Will use them again.
