    On 12/19/2022 we went to downtown ************ and parked in a lot controlled by ParkByApp. When we parked we paid via the app NOT THE STATION that was set up, as the signs said to use either. We paid for 4 hours and only used 3. The clock in and out times are correct on our receipt. Two weeks late I received a parking charge notice # *********** for $90.00! stating that we did not pay. We went online to dispute it and I submitted the receipt. We received notice a few days later that the app had the wrong zone in it. I submitted the zone via the sign. A few days later two others that met us there all received the exact same notice and the exact same issue! This is an app issue as I see in the reviews and the comments on ****** that this is a regular issue with the app. Now I have to pay this fine which is absolutely wrong! I want the notice to be cancelled and want this resolved ASAP.

    Today my credit card company-***** advised me that someone had illegaly tried to charge $2.64 on my credit card at Park by App. I tried to call the company at the listed number ************, but the call did not go through

    That phone number used is listed on the ParkByApp sign to pay for parking. It not for customer service.   We have 2 other numbers posted in the lots for customer service. There is ************ posted on every meter and ************ posted on large signs at entrance and exit and various other places in lot. 



    We will have the charge refunded.

    Went to establishment known as ************ located at ************************************************************* on Saturday October 15, 2022. Parked in the parking lot directly connecting to facility. Was informed to pay for parking via signs in parking lot, proceeded to download the Park by app. I entered the requested information and paid for parking. Session number ********* Zone name ****** 186 Vehicle (**) LCFP97 Start Sat, Oct 15, 3:55pm End Sat, Oct 15, 7:55pm Parking fee $15.00 Convenience fee $0.50 Total $15.50 Payment type **** ***** I then received a final notice invoice from ******************************* in the amount of $96.30 for failure to pay for parking. Notice Number: *********** Notice Date: 11/20/2022 Plate: LCFP97 State: ** Entry Time: 3:52pm Exit Time: 7:34pm I have contacted ******************************* and they said they are not affiliated with park by app and I need to contact them directly. I have tried contacting them on the app a phone number of ************ to call as well as tried the number posted here on BBB site for Park By App ************ and the calls do not go through. This is completely unacceptable for a company to take your money but not have a valid customer service number to handle issues of this nature. The ******************** need to find a more professional company to handle parking.

    On October 16, 2022 I parked by *************** Beach at a parking lot that had a ParkApp. I paid through that App with my credit card about $4.50 for 45 minutes. The charge appeared on my credit card the next day. I was billed by the parking management company for non-payment at the lot. While disputing the charge and forwarding evidence of payment, late charges brought it up to $96 less than a month later. I paid the $96 as they threatened me with collection agency and towing my car. Id like my $96 back and for someone to stop the abuse of that company. Thank you
