      On May 9, 2023, I ordered the company's CBD product. The company offered a special discount if I ordered 3 bottles at $39.98 each (Additionally, I would receive 2 free bottles and free shipping). I entered the credit card information and was immediately notified by my credit card company that Bioscience had charged my card $199.99 plus $60.00 for a product I did not order or did not mean to order. I called the company immediately to correct the problem and no one answered the phone. I attempted to call two additional times with the same result. I finally reached someone on my fourth try and was told that the order been processed (I doubt that the order had been packaged and/or shipped by the time that I finally reached the company) and that I could not correct the problem, that they would not correct the improper charge or cancel the order. I asked to speak to the representative's manager and was told that I could not. I asked to speak to the billing department and was refused that option. What was interesting is that a previous complaint filed with you reflected an almost identical problem with the company. I am attaching a copy of the offer given by the company and the selection I made.

      We do apologize for the confusion. We would be more than happy to clarify any misunderstanding with your order. You can get this discounted price of $39.97 if you will purchase a bundle, more bottles more discounts you can get. The deal is $199.99 for 3 bottles so each bottle is $66.66. We are including 2 free bottles in that package so that brings the price down (divide $199.99 by 5) to $39.99 for each bottle.  You also placed an additional order of the (BioScience -2 Bottles) for which you paid $59.99.
        
      We list this cheaper product price on our packages not to mislead, but to show the savings customers can have by purchasing the larger packages. We do provide the total price for each package right under the offers to avoid any confusion.

      Unfortunately, we can no longer process any refund on your account since you already filed a dispute with your bank. The reason we cannot process a refund is that you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. The best resolution is to coordinate with your bank regarding this matter.

      I am rejecting this response because: The response from the company indicates they cannot issue a refund to me for the overcharge and for the product I did not wish to order. The response would be acceptable if there was an indication that they would not challenge the fraud complaint I made to my credit card company which would allow me to receive the refund for the product. I am attaching the ad to which I responded, that if I purchased 3 bottles at $39.98, I would receive two bottles for free. I was charged for all five. I also am attaching the email I received from them indicating the order had been cancelled. As mentioned above, I will accept a resolution that assures me that I will receive a refund either through my credit card company or from Bioscience.

      I should also note that despite my immediate cancellation of the order and their email indicating that the order had been cancelled, the product was mailed to me in two packages. They remain unopened and I will return them to the company once the matter is resolved.

      My name is ********************* and I made a one time purchase in March of this year from Bio Science. At that time, they attempted to add on to my purchase and had to refund me after I complained to the company. I explained that I made a one time purchase and did not want anything other than what I chose as a trial of the product (keto supplements) and they reimbursed me. Now, they somehow were able to use my purchase as a recurring charge and remove monies from my account. They charged my account unlawfully in the amount of $139.98 and I request immediate refund of this amount. On 5/6/23 their rep attempted to offer 30% then 50% refund. I informed the rep that as I agreed to a one time transaction only, I wanted my full reimbursement. Their actions are fraudulent and underhanded to the public and me specifically.

      I ordered a product that was advertised on ********* When I originally clicked on ordering this product, it was introduced as being at a very lost cost. $20-$30 dollars. I just realized that I was billed for more than $250 for that original order. I didn't notice it until just now when they just sent me another order for $199. This made me look at my account to see that I had been billed all of this money! I called the support team to complain. They said that I was on their automatic monthly refill, I NEVER signed up for this. That I wouldn't be reimbursed for the original order in March, because that I only had one month to return their product! Then he told me that I could keep the last order and only pay $100! I told him that I will be sending this back for a full refund, which he said they would do once I sent the package back, to expect up to 3 weeks to get my money back, if I don't receive it by then to give them another call. The original order contained 5 bottles, of 30 pills each of supplements. Instructions were to take 1-2 a day. In a month that would total ********************************************** another 5 bottles, 150 pills one month later. Such a scam. Support didn't seem to care about my situation and was very aggressive towards me. I am not sure what I can do to get my other money back that I was scammed out of. I told him that I only had opened one bottle and would send the rest back, but again the one month policy. Hopefully, they can be shut down before they scam more people. Thank you for your time.

      I can not find a contact number to reach them to have them to stop sending me the product and to stop billing me. I would like for them to stop sending the product and billing me.

      The transaction date was on March 25,2023 in the amount of $199.99. I got 5 bottles of weight loss gummies and they don't work its a scam and I want my $ back i will send 4 bottles back cuz i used 1 month supply but the rest can get send back so i need a RMA return merchandise Authorization number which i could not find any where. I had such a hard time finding anything on this company such as an email address, phone #, and an address. On the bag that it came in says from Ship Metrics PO BOX 576 **************** and i got the tracking number from **** **** **** **** **** **** 39 TRACKING # AND that is all i got any questions please email me at ****************** Thank you I just want my money back that i paid $199.99

      I went on to the website to order BioScience Keto +apple cider vinegar gummies. When I got towards the end of the order I was still waiting for the price. I thought after I put in the credit card info it would show me how much the product was. The website went blank as if I was completely thrown out. Then I see from my credit card an attempt to pay $199.99 was trying to charge on my card. Then about an hour later I receive an email saying I have an order confirmation. I called to cancel the order and the account that I didn't even knew existed. They said it was already shipped out and I would have to return it. I just called to return it and they said I have to pay myself to return it and it could take up to 3 weeks for my refund. I never saw anything saying about returns plus I didn't even know how much it would cost so it should have never been charged to my card without a total and check out process. This has to stop.
