    Work was done July 11 Agreed to price was $1,500 Work agreed to was as follows (as evidenced by supporting documents):- Trim largest backyard hedge - Raise canopy of oak tree above backyard playground - Raise canopies of two large trees in front yard - Prune large backyard palm trees (this was not completed)- Prune small front palm tree (this was not completed)- Remove large hedge on side of pool, including ***** grinding (this was not completed)As listed above, several of the agreed to tasks were not completed. I paid **** (business owner) in full when he was on the property, as he stated he would be back in the following couple of days to complete the work because he needed a different machine. He has not returned since, despite my consistent requests for him to complete the work or refund my money (again, as evidenced by supporting docs). At this point, I would like Ward Tree Services to refund me for the work that was not completed, as I do not wish to work with them moving forward. Based on estimates I've received from other companies to complete the remaining work, I believe $250 is a fair settlement.

    We were hired to trim a Hedge and 2 Crepe
    ******* that is exactly what we did and I always bring the client out to do a final walk through of the completed work and that is where *************** paid me in full! What I do understand is why pay me in full if you weren't happy with the work! I did everything I said I was gonna do and just because he hired me doesn't give him the right to keep adding work on and expect me to not charge for it!

    This response is absolutely false and the photographs I provided of the text message exchanges with the business owner after the fact clearly demonstrate that. He acknowledged via text message multiple times, which I provided in evidence with my original claim, that he had to come out to complete additional work. Not one single time in any of the text exchanges did he ever even try to imply that he did everything f he agreed to.

    I am attaching the photos here again. As is very clearly demonstrated, there were 5 different jobs I requested in my text messages where the owner sent me a quote. He is saying there were only 3, despite photographic proof otherwise, demonstrating that more work was requested and agreed to, that work was paid for in full, the owner acknowledged it after the fact via text, and only now upon a formal complaint does he suddenly say the work was done.
