    Platinum Tree Service LLC came out and gave ****** and *** ****** around April 7 2025 They came out on April 11 2025 and started the removal of Two trees Friday morning. The trees were removed and placed in our front yard by 8 pm that day. The un-removed tree limbs and debris were not completely removed by Monday. I believe the city removed the remaining debris Monday morning. April 12 2025 We have a written statement from Platinum Tree Service/ ****** **** stating his repair person **** will stop by the property and a graph truck for the debris. My husband *** received a text stating the debris should all be done by Monday morning. Still no show or call from ****. I spoke with ****** on several occasions with ****** promising the damage would get done, I even offered to be at home to help with the labor if needed to get it done faster. I am not that handy but I would try.We spoke on the phone April 29 as ****** stated he may need to contact a different repair person as **** wife is having a baby soon. Then ****** sent a text stating he will literally have it taken care of (may 3 at 9:13 pm) by **** and I will receive a call on May 4 2025. I never received that call. I have photos of all the damage and how terrible Platinum Tree Service left my property. We paid with a check $6500 and gave a $200 cash tip and gave them drinks. If they are not willing to correct the damages then we will get a quote from another company and want that amount paid back to us from Platinum Tree Service to pay the new company

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Platinum has told me at least 3 times in the last week even on June 2 at 9:51 pm via text that he (******) would be by by end of evening June 3 I asked for an estimated time and no reply   He also said he was coming by the either May 31 or June 1 no show   
    I want Platinium to give a set time and day to you and I of when ****** will come to my house I have even bought some of the items to repair the gutter drain pipe that was damaged and happy to give them to him so he can do the labor part
