    On 12/19/24 customer sent a reminder via text to ***** that on 11/27/24 he agreed to refund the cost of the ***** and that I accepted on 12/10 which was also the deadline. 

    By 10:21am on the same day ***** had responded via text that **** is out of town for the holidays when he returns after Christmas he will send money for the ***** and thats all he can do. 

    On 1/4/24 customer sent another reminder via text letting ***** know that Christmas was well over as well as the holidays and that I would like payment by Wednesday. As of today, 1/10/24, Ive had no response from Hulk tree services.

    /24 He sent me a text stating he will be out to get the stumps done. Its been a month, now he is blowing up my phone.9/28/24 I reply to please give me an exact date and that i will also need a copy of the permit for the tree before i give final payment..NO RESPONSE FOR A MONTH 10/6/24 I pay CASH the balance of $2000, He promises to be at my home on 10/25 to finish the job started which included the grinding of the stumps. 10/25/24 NO SHOW- I sent him a text reminding him what he said, he texts back at 11:18pm that he was on an emergency and he will be out in a few days. 10/26/24 texted back asked him to all..i have not heard from him.This company caused damage to the neighbors home as well as my home. I need the official tree permit, I have to pay another company come and finish the job and pay to fix the damage he caused to my home. He shows up at my home unannounced at my front door on a Sunday morning to collect money but wont call to finish the job started.
