    ? 1 Star Predatory and Unprofessional Behavior I had a deeply upsetting experience with this towing company. I was parked briefly in front of a house early in the morning to unload supplies for a cleaning job. There was no proper parking available, and I was actively unloading when one of their tow trucks pulled up and immediately began hooking my car. I was literally standing right there, having just shut my car door not even there for 10 minutes.The driver was aggressive and demanded $75 on the spot. When I questioned what was happening, I was met with rudeness and intimidation. They called in another guy, and both of them hovered over me in a way that felt threatening and completely uncalled for. When I asked for company identification or any kind of paperwork, they yelled at me and pointed to some vague info on the side of the truck no clear tags or business details provided.Feeling uncomfortable and intimidated, I called the police. The officer confirmed that unfortunately, they were within their rights, even though he acknowledged how sleazy the whole situation felt. This business clearly operates by exploiting people in vulnerable situations acting fast, aggressively, and with zero professionalism or empathy.I was simply trying to do my job, fit in an early side gig before work, and instead was bullied and shaken down for cash. This is no way to run a business. I would warn others to be cautious and if this is how they make their money, it says a lot about their integrity.

    ILLEGALLY TOWED MY CAR FROM MY PARKING SPACE AT MY COMPLEX EVEN WITH MY PARKING PERMIT HANGING IN THE WINDOW THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN

    This place should be shut down as they are very heavy in fraudulent activity. Illegally towing people and then being down right nasty! I'm looking into taking legal action against this place
