    My car was impounded here on Friday 8/1/2025. I was not able to pick it up until Monday because they are closed weekends. When I did pick it up, I start driving it home and notice there is significant damage to how it handles and there is a lot of wobbling and squealing when turning. When I called the office and explained the situation, the woman on the phone basically said I was out of luck and maybe file a police report.

    Good afternoon,

    After reviewing this file the owner of the vehicle didn't call to say there were damages to the vehicle for 24 hours after the vehicle was driven off our property. We are unaware of any damages.

    I sold a car last year to an individual. That individual was arrested and put in jail before he could register the car. I was notified by FHP that the car was towed and impounded. I informed FHP and **** towing that I sold the car and did not plan to recover it. I have since tried to register a different vehicle only to find a lien on the tag to the different vehicle. I contacted **** and they informed me they sold the car to their junk yard. I should not be held responsible for a car I no longer own and **** probably made 5 times the $250 tow bill thru their junk yard. After contacting them, they made no effort to try and resolve this issue. I just want the lien removed.
