      I purchased a cell phone case from Kasemakers website on 4/11/2025 and immediately received an automated email stating that I would receive another email when my order shipped. At that time, as well as currently, Kasemakers shows a 1-5 day lead time for shipping. When I had not received a shipping notification or any other communication, I emailed Kasemakers asking for an update on 4/28/2025. To date I have received no communication from them. Further research shows their location is permanently closed according to ****** maps. I would like a refund of the $39 I spent on the case.

      On 9 August 2024 I ordered and paid $63.13 for a cell phone case from Kasemakers. I received an email from Mr. **** ******* thanking me for my order and asking me to contact him directly with that e-mail if I had any questions. On August 24 I emailed Kasemakers customer support asking for an update on the status of my order. I received no response. On 14 October 2024 I emailed Mr. ******* asking for the status of my order. I received no response. I contacted Shop, the company tracking the order, with no response. On 3 November 2024 I email Mr. ******* and Kasemakers two customer support emails from the ********************** website asking for my order or a refund. Today is 7 December 2024 and I have gotten no response. I was seeking an American made cellphone case to promote American businesses. This failure of good business practice by Kasemakers has made me think twice about supporting American businesses.

      I placed my order on 8/11/2024. Per their website FAQ's, this should have been shipped in 1-5 business days if it's in stock. The case was not listed as out of stock when ordered, and still doesn't say it's out of stock. This is now business day #**. When tracking my order, it still states that it's being processed. I sent a message through the contact section of their website as well as 2 follow up emails. I have had no response back. I either want my money refunded, or to know when the case will actually be sent/have it sent ****.
