  When our agency initially began work with TherapyIQ, while it was a young company with updates and changes that needed to be made to their platform, they were responsive and helpful when issues were identified. There were many things we appreciated about the platform, and we were committed to working together to create a win/win solution. It did not take long, however, before we began identifying major glitches in the system that have ultimately cost our company in the range of $85,000+. We have worked hard to amicably resolve the issue, but TherapyIQ refuses to take any responsibility for the losses incurred and the untold cost of time and stress on our agency because of these losses. In fact, their terms of service were updated within days of our suggestion that we had intention to engage the services of a lawyer to state - in short - that they have no liability for their platform doing what it is supposed to do at all. The language is BAFFLING! They can update the terms anytime with zero notification. They can lose all the data, and we have no recourse. Their reports can be false and cause significant loss, and we are just out. They cannot be held liable for the platform doing what we pay thousands of dollars for it to do. And they actually aren't even responsible to fix it if it doesn't work.I am giving TIQ a 2 Star rating because there are some redeeming qualities about the platform, but the blatant refusal to take responsibility for the harm they have caused to our agency (and likely many others) is unconscionable and gross, and the terms of service leave no space for trust for an agency that uses this electronic health record as the lifeblood of our day to day operations. My best advice to any agency considering work with TIQ is to look elsewhere for a more reputable and accountable offering that you can trust your patients and providers with.
