      I had 2 services with them: lawn fertilizer and pest control. When I cancelled the lawn service and asked **** via phone discussion to keep the quarterly pest control which she confirmed, they stopped texting to schedule me. I am now overdue for pest control, seeing roaches, and haven't heard a thing.. I gave them a 5 star review at their request in the past, and this is how they treat a customer. Wow.

As soon as the error was discovered, our team attempted to contact you on November 2 to complete your service; however, we understand you had already decided to proceed with another provider.


      We take full responsibility for this oversight and deeply regret the frustration it caused. We are committed to improving our internal processes to ensure this does not happen again.
