            this company came out and did an estimate on painting the inside of my house. Owner is ******, Y., salesman Charlie came out and gave us a quote that was far above any other but we were not discounting them yet because cheaper is not always better. He asked us to sign to "lock in" our price so it would not be able to go up once we made our decision. we did not want to sign anything but was assured nothing would be done without a deposit. we signed the agreement to lock in the price in case we decided to go with them on 6/22. on 6/26 they started texting to try and schedule stating they already bought the paint. not only did we not agree to go with them but we did not even agree on a color yet. owner continues to text and is threatening to put a lien on our house to pay for the paint that they ordered without a deposit or even confirming the color we wanted. this company is trying to threaten my wife and I to pay for a service that we did not agree to and are trying to tell us that we signed a contract not to lock in a price. we were still getting quotes from other companies and even went and got samples to paint on the wall on 7/7/22 to determine which color we wanted.

            They promised a 10 step process however they made attempt to cover the grass or shrubs. Painters stepped on items destroying. Paint in grass and on fixtures that never should have paint on them. Manager ran credit card without my approval.
