    The website clearly states to reach out directly if you need a product expedited.8/18/2025 - Reached out about a product to see if I could get it by 9/10/2025.8/19/2025 - Owner reached out to me stating it could and he could have it shipped out by the end of the week.8/19/2025 - Made the online order for the product we had communicated about.8/19/2025 - Received order confirmation for order number 1041.8/23/2025 - Owner reached out to thank me for my order and wanted to know how I heard about the art.8/23/2025 - Emailed my response on how I heard about it.9/5/2025 - I had not received any shipping confirmation and asked if this has been shipped yet. No response to this email was ever returned. 9/22/2025 - Received a shipping confirmation arriving 9/23/2025. If you track the shipping label, it states it has not been dropped off to the *** store.9/27/2025 - Emailed again asking about my order. Shipping label still states waiting for product at *** store. No response to this email.10/2/2025 - Requested a refund including the tip I included. No response from this email.

    I ordered a Stainless Steel Tarpon Metal Wall Art **** Light on November 10, *0*4. My card was charged full amount of $*75 on same day. I have emailed Ben * times, text the number posted once, and called and left voicemail. The voicemail states if you have an order email at ********************************* I left in the voicemail I have emailed twice and text the number ************ with no responses and I needed to know the status of my order. Crickets!! No response to anything. I now will be filing a dispute on my credit card for this charge. I do not think ***** was ever going to fulfill the order. Buyers beware!!! This company is a sham.

    This order was made through my online store. When placing the order, customers can see these items are made to order when purchased. Website also says orders can take 2-3 weeks plus shipping, it also states these times are estimated and can vary due to weather.. like the 2 hurricanes we had and shut the business down for 3 weeks. Also holiday schedules. Emailing and calling  in the evening, weekends or during holidays, will have a delayed response. All of this customers emails and phone calls were on the weekend and not during business hours. We receive a lot of emails and phone calls each day and try our best to return them all as well as get work done on orders. We have order 150 completed orders this year and many more years before. This order was completed and ready for pickup but the customer canceled the order. The customer lives in ********** and could have drove to the location in ********** to see us in person and pick up the order.

    Order was placed in plenty of time for a Christmas delivery. I have made multiple attempts to contact the seller via emails and phone calls. He claimed he would send me the package over a week ago and has now ghosted me. After reading previous BBB reviews, I now believe he is in the business of taking customers' money and never providing the product. I was flat out RIPPED OFF.

    Ordered a Stainless Octopus wall sculpture and never received the item, called multiple times and exchanged one email saying that it was shipped but it showed the label was just created only. This item was $ ****** and was ordered 20th Nov 2022 and todays date is 11 April 2023. This is definitely worth looking into as the only public place is ******** and they delete all the comments about multiple people not receiving their items. Any help at this point is greatly appreciated and they need to be held accountable for their actions and am requesting a refund in full (no restock or percentage missing from purchase.)Thank you,***********************************
