      The front office lady text me this morning and said that she received my referral from my primary after a month of going back and forth to request it over and over again but that she refuses to put me on Dr.**********************s schedule because I fired them I havent been seen by dr ********************** since 2023 and needed my yearly check up to keep my drivers license I text her back because she refused to answer my calls and explain why she was terming me as a patient but had no problems texting me multiple times to tell me to look else where for services because she didnt have time to explain why I was being refused services. So unprofessional and rude!

      Robert – Dec 15, 2022 I have seizures.. I broke my leg because of my seizures... I tell the doctor the doctor gives me a referral for another doctor.because now my leg is going numb and my hip is hurting and my back so they gave me some information. they tell me when I go home schedule an appointment. So I do so and then they tell me we don't have a fax from them call them back and give them our fax number . So I do and it was supposed to be sent out.. a week goes by I call the place back to get my MRI they turn around and tell me we still haven't received anything from your doctor. So I called the doctor's office and the lady starts flipping out on me. And then hangs up on me. I call back she tells me that's now how it's done. I asked her to talk to the manager or the doctor she denies me tells me I'm not going to be able to talk to anybody and then hangs up on me The fourth time for my request I call my insurance company and I made an a grievance. If you have a bad day by you waking up and you go to your job don't take your problems with you. And then start yelling at the patience that come to your office pays you money so that way you have a job. I didn't ask for the attitude or the yelling of the screaming All I did was ask for my appointment... This is why places get a bad rep I feel bad for the doctors that have to work with people like this.. Dr H is great but some of his staff they get an f.. if this happens to you from this office please report it no one should be treated that way at all just for asking a question...
