      If i could give a zero i would. This bank has so many rules that we are shown. I have a car payment threw this bank. The employees and MANAGEMENT are very unprofessional. Its like pulling teeth to get a differment on the loan. They treat you like your stupid and incompetent. I have had my husband with back surgery had covid twice in hospital and i had shoulder surgery also and they just dont car about their customers!!!!!! I have 4 car payments and this bank is the only one that gave me a hassle and treated me like im poor and emailing back and forth. Im so upset about this and these employees. also you can get defements 2 a year found out. Cant wait for this loan to be paid and the reason i would go with anothert bank but im at 3 percent interest.
