Rented car from frills auto end of contract was on July 17th turned car in on July 15th

Ms. ****** rented a vehicle from us for 9 days, from July 7, 2025, to July 17, 2025. However, she returned the rental early on July 15, 2025two days before the scheduled return date. As clearly stated in the rental agreement, no credit is issued for early drop-off.
Despite this policy, we were willing to offer her a credit for the two unused days. However, when the vehicle was returned, it had damage exceeding $100 and was returned with less fuel, resulting in a $25 fuel charge.
Out of courtesy and understanding of her financial situation, we informed Ms. ****** that we would waive both the damage and fuel charges. However, due to this accommodation, we will no longer be issuing the credit for the two unused rental days.
    Thank you for your understanding.

No Frills Auto Rental charged my card without my authorization on 10/17/2024 in the amount of $280.43. I rented a car from them in July 2024 for a week and returned it. Three months later, they are charging my card without my authorization. I spoke to the business and they said they voided the charge and it should be reversed. This is a violations of PCI compliance as they should not have stored my credit card on file. The business claimed this was supposed to be for another customer. I have contacted the *********************** and have filed a police report, Incident number **********. This place is known for processing payments when not authorized, they are a shady business and need to be held accountable for their illegal actions.

    Tell us why here...Dear **********************,
We would like to clarify that we have not violated any PCI compliance policies, nor do we store customer credit card information on file.
When customers call to renew their ********************** agreements and make payments by phone, we only request the last four digits of their credit card number for verification purposes.
On October 17, 2024, a customer who has rented from us in the past sent us a text message instructing us to use the card ending in #****. Unfortunately, there were two cards in our system with that same ending, and we inadvertently processed the incorrect one. However, as soon as we identified the mistake, we voided the transaction immediately.
Please know that we run our business with integrity and take every effort to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. Regrettably, we do encounter challenging customers from time to time, and this particular case is an example of such a situation.
    Thank you for your understanding.

I am rejecting this response because: I am not being a difficult client. It has been over seven days since the business said they voided the transaction and no credit has been made to my account.  They have numerous complaints on their ****** reviews and various other social media platforms. They do not run their business with integrity. In fact they will not answer our calls now. What kind of business does that if they are not in the wrong.

    Sincerely,

    ******* *******

I rented a car the windshield had cracked. When I dropped the vehicle off I left a note to email me an invoice and I will gladly pay for it because it happened while the car was in my care. I received a CLEARLY altered invoice with the original being $190 to $490. On top of the fact it's clear as day, not an original 4 because it doesn't match any of the 4's on the page, it's in a different blue ink. They also threatened to go to my insurance if payment isn't received in 3 days. Which they never refunded me the $200 deposit back anyways. They are threatening to providing falsified invoices to an insurance claim and is INSURANCE FRAUD. So not only are they trying to fraud me for money, they are also trying to fraud the insurance companies.I rented the car from 5/16-5/20. The total was $262.00 for the rental and $200 for the deposit. I have the invoice they provided me which is clearly falsified. They also boast that they have a A+ Rating with the BBB and I am not sure why you would give scam artists that rating.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,
I am writing to address a complaint regarding ****************** recent car rental from No Frills Auto Rental. Below are the details of the rental and the issues encountered:
Rental Period: ************** rented a car from No Frills Auto Rental from May 16, 2024, to May 21, 2024.
Return: The car was dropped off after hours.
Damage: Upon inspection, we found the front windshield was broken.
Agreement Terms: ************** was informed that our rental cars are for local use only and are limited to 100 miles per day, with a total allowance of 500 miles for the rental period. These terms were acknowledged and signed by ************** in the rental agreement.
Charges: We had to replace the windshield, which cost $490, as per the invoice from the repair company. This charge is legitimate and not falsified.
Outstanding Balance: ************** has an outstanding balance of $928.28. We have communicated to him that failure to pay within 10 business days will result in reporting the matter to a collection agency.
Attached are the rental agreement signed by ************** and the invoice for the windshield replacement.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
    Sincerely,
    **********************

I am rejecting this response because:

The invoice is altered! You guys need to look at the invoice and see that its clearly $190 altered to $490. What windshield costs $490? I used to replace them and even for a massive a truck its not even close. So absolutely not please refer it to a collection agency so I can see you guys in court.

    Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: You have altered the invoice. Clearly this is used to mediate the problem but the Better Business Bureau needs to investigate your actions. Also my lawyer has sent out information to you as well as Pinellas County Courts.

    Sincerely,
