    On Oct 3, 2024, I placed order #***** and paid in full $1,722.74 for a custom cocktail arcade game and accessories. Despite the website stating the order would be sent within 5 - 10 days, it did not arrive until December 4, 2024, missing pieces and not in full working condition. After nearly three dozen emails and multiple voicemails since, most of which have gone unanswered, I still do not have the replacement monitor that was promised by no less than three different employees of the company. Having now been 32 weeks since I placed my order, I wrote to the company and alerted them I would be filing this complaint.

    Order: *****, Purchase Date 7-12-22 1. This arcade arrived not in working order. The main joystick would not register to the right, making all games unplayable. Initially we were given misinformation about connecting black wires along the long side, which turns out were not supposed to be connected. This took us 90 minutes taking close up photos, trying to make sense of the instructions.2. Suncoast shipped us a replacement game board, to our billing address. We had to pay $10 to *** to correct their mistake. We provided the labor to replace the game board, but the problem remained.3. After the quick fix failed, Suncoast completely ignored us. We left several messages by phone and email, nothing. After 2 months of not being able to use the machine, we filed a charge back.4. We got one phone call from Suncoast advising that we needed to return the machine or they would fight the dispute. No pickup was set up on their end, no return instructions given. Since the original box had too much damage on the corners, we didn't see any other option other than putting it on a pallet. We had to gather these materials, pack everything up, and pay YRC Freight for delivery.5. Suncoast Arcade continues to use the phrase, "We don't Just Build It, We Stand Behind It!" This is no honest advertising. "We Build It Wrong, That's Your Problem!" seems like the integrity of today.
