    This company is doing things that are morally wrong. I lived in this community for about 4+ years. It has been over 4 months of back and forth with this erroneous company and I still have not received my deposit back. Over a month ago *****, the property manager, promised me that my check was being processed. A month later I have still not received my check. This property is owned by Pinellas ************************, who I have contacted multiple times. As of yet I still have not gotten them to respond or cooperate with me. I was an excellent tenant who took very good care of the property including putting my own money, labor to improve it. I put in very upgraded carpet and replaced the faucet. I left it in immaculate condition and better than I received it. I just want them to do the right thing and return my $200 deposit. That is all I ask. Have they no decency? What they are doing is illegal. By law they are required to return deposits 15 days after evacuating. It is going on 5 months of trying to get them to do what is morally and legally right. The amount is too low to take them to court. It is just wrong of them to do this to people.

    Hello, I would like to withdraw my complaint against Palms Of Pinellas apartment complex. I have lost the email with the case number so Im not sure how to go about canceling the complaint. I have finally received my deposit five months late, but Ive gotten it so I would like to withdraw the complaint. Thank you
