            I have owned my home for 13 years and had a very reliable AC tech who retired with him passing the business to his son. I began to have problems with my AC/Heating Unit. I called him to come out, paid a lot of money, few months later, problem with it again. I called the same guy. Thought the problem was fixed two weeks later. More problems with my heating. I didn't want the same guy again because I felt I was being taken advantage of. I was paying a large amount of money just for him to come whether the problem was resolved or not. Penguin Air Solutions LLC was recommended to me. A gentleman by the name of ***************************, the owner, came out, reviewed the problem with my son and I. He gave us a very honest opinion in regards to the age of and size of my home and the heat pump unit that was not working properly. **************, along with his team, took the time to find the right unit for my size home. Not only was the new unit affordable, he went above and beyond with his team. When they found areas that were moldy and needed cleaning in my garage around the air handling unit they cleaned it all out for me and replaced materials at no additional cost. These areas were not part of the required repair work. And I would have had to pay someone else to come out and do so. I find his work to be highly satisfactory and reasonably affordable.
