    CCTV Camera Pros offers outstanding customer support, has loads of how-to videos, and ample documentation available to back up their products. Our story: The existing *** at our family-owned restaurant died, and we could not find an exact replacement. Our (12) 4K cameras were in fine condition; we just needed a new, compatible recorder. We happened upon CCTV Camera Pros and gave them a try. In two days we had a 16-channel 4K NVR (VT-NVR-16) in hand. We no nothing about ************ (the previous system was professionally installed), but ***** walked us through the camera changes necessary to connect their NVR to the dozen existing cameras. After a half-dozen phone calls and emails, the system is up and running. WowResolution and Frame Rate are outstanding. The remote viewers for iPhone, Android, and PC were all easy to install and get running. Now it is time to study-up and on the seemingly endless list of functions this NVR can perform.     I could not have found a better company to purchases from. Great choices from recorders and cameras, from dvr to nvr packages. Their customer and tech support are excellent and very helpful when going from an old dvr to one of the newest nvr and their AI cameras are out of this world. It is amazing what these AI cameras can do. When I have emailed CCTV Camera Pros I always get a response right away. With all videos that this company puts out on their web site is fantastic help. This company takes care of any problems in the speediest way possible. You cant go wrong with a company that is owned by veterans.

    Excellent customer service and products. After a lot of research and looking for the right company to purchase cameras and NVR from, CCTV was my choice and I have no regrets. Their tech support is amazing and everyone is patient and knowledgeable. Also Veteran owned. You wont find a better company!We upgraded from a box ***** system to CCTV,s 4k cameras and NVR.
