  I picked next stop relocation for their full-service moving package, which included packing, delivery, and unloading. my home move included both furniture and a lot of garage tools everything from lawn equipment to a large air compressor. the movers organized items by category, wrapped fragile parts, and labeled boxes by room. delivery was perfectly on schedule, and unpacking was effortless because of how well they packed everything. it was worth every ***** for the peace of mind and professionalism.

  I chose Next Stop Relocation because of their reputation for handling delicate items, and they did not disappoint. my move involved a treadmill, glass table, and a few kitchen appliances, all of which arrived without a single scratch. the team brought all the packing supplies and labeled every box for easier unpacking. they were polite, quick, and took great care to protect my floors and walls. what impressed me most was how organized they were — nothing felt rushed. I’m so glad I chose them over cheaper options; the peace of mind was worth every penny.

  I used Next Stop Relocation to move our living room furniture and electronics to our new home, and I couldnt be happier. they brought all the materials needed to wrap our couch, TV stand, and sound system safely. the movers labeled every box clearly, handled everything with care, and kept communication consistent throughout the process. delivery was right on time, and every item arrived in perfect condition. i especially appreciated their positive attitude and efficiency. it turned what couldve been a stressful day into an easy, organized move.

  Yesterday, I hired Next Stop Relocation to help move home gym equipment and some kitchen appliances for my family, and just 30 minutes ago, we received all the equipment. They brought all the necessary packing materials, bubble wrap, and sturdy boxes, so I didnt have to worry about a thing. My treadmill and weight bench were wrapped carefully, and even my moms glass dining set arrived without a scratch. The movers worked quickly while being extremely respectful of our belongings. It was an excellent experience from start to finish.

  Considering they are Veteran owned I went with them even though I had a better price somewhere else. I am a veteran myself so I figured I would support a fellow veteran. They first tried to bully me into changing my pick up date then they finally showed up Sunday afternoon when they were scheduled to be there Friday morning. Then *** says the estimate was wrong it is going to be more but doesn't know how much until after they pack, then he tells me it's DOUBLE what was estimated! It's 9pm the night before I have to be out of the house, they have all my stuff packed on the trucks there is nothing I can do. I figured I would discuss this later with a manager. I finally got in touch with a supervisor who said there is nothing that can be done because I signed accepting it. Really?!? So if I didn't sign it, then what? The ***s offload the trucks put my stuff back in the ********* start all over even though I am supposed to be out of the house the next day. One complaint was they packed things that shouldn't have been packed. When I mentioned this to the supervisor I was told "it was my responsibility to let the packers know what not to pack. I told her I did and they packed the stuff anyway she said "I don't know because I wasn't there" well I was and I'm telling you what happened. I put things off to the side told the "head packer" do not pack this & they still packed it. How is one person supposed to keep track of like 6-8 packers in multiple rooms? Nothing was labeled, marked or numbered so when I asked the "head ***" how do I know if all my stuff gets to me without it being labeled or numbered he said it will all be delivered. So again I figured I would talk to a manager while my stuff is in storage while waiting to be delivered, I was told there is nothing they can do and was rude like how dare I complain. Each time I call to speak to someone higher up I get the run around. I have moved numerous times while in the military and this by far was the WORST!

  When we expanded our brewery to a second location, I needed fermentation tanks, kegs, and refrigeration units moved safely. the movers disassembled each piece carefully, packed fragile glassware, and stored kegs until the new taproom was finished. their packing service really impressed me they labeled equipment by brewing stage, which made reassembly seamless. delivery was on time and smoothly, and all my equipment was spotless. this type of move couldve gone wrong in so many ways, but they handled it like experts. Id definitely use them again for future expansions.

  As a gallery owner, I was nervous about relocating priceless paintings, sculptures, and lighting systems. next stop relocation sent a crew with custom built crates, protective glass covers, and foam padding for sculptures. they even offered short-term climate controlled storage for the artwork until the new gallery was ready. the packing service was extraordinaryevery piece was tracked, labeled, and handled with the utmost care. delivery was smooth, and not a single item suffered damage. their professionalism gave me complete confidence during what could have been a nerve-wracking process.

  Our startup had to move fastdesktops, 3D printers, VR headsets, and office furniture. The Next Stop Relocation crew came prepared with specialized packing for electronics and organized every box by team. They even stored some of our larger printers temporarily while our new office floor was being renovated. Delivery was right on time, and setup was quick because of their precise labeling. Their packing service really impressed meno confusion, no damage, just a smooth transition. For any tech-heavy company, ** recommend them without hesitation.

  Next stop relocation took me for ******* in deposits. They sent 1 guy to move a 1 bdrm apt.. The small truck that showed up had someone elses belongings in it. The truck was dirty. The tires were bald and that moving truck said ************** that guy not only wanted $1900 which I did have in a cashiers check but also another $250 because I was on the second floor after a half hour they waive the $250 fee I did give the money to them, but when I saw what my stuff was going in, I demanded my money back. It took an hour before that person would give me my cashiers check back. He tried to deposit the money in his account, I ended up getting a U-Haul hiring two people to load my stuff I will never ever go through a moving company again. This one I went through because they were veteran on shame on you people you bring a disgrace to military folks

Delivery was right on time and smooth, and every single piece of equipment arrived in perfect condition. their packing services saved me weeks of stress. I would absolutely trust them again for any sensitive move.
