    I own an older system that required filter replacements. I contacted South Florida Water to arrange an appointment, and their service department responded on the same day. Within the week, the service team arrived and replaced the filters. The service manager, ****, was exceptionally friendly and upfront about what needed to be done and the associated costs. Thank you, South Florida Water, for consistently being transparent regarding both timelines and pricing.

    Be careful with this company, when they do service calls, they dont tell you the price upfront. Theyre not honest how to handle the calls, especially with women. They are not clear how to give the information. They are not professional. If I can give a 0 star I would.
