We bought a trailer around February 22, 2021. Within three months the trailer started to fall apart. We contacted to company and the advised us to reach the manufacturer for the warranty. We did this with no luck. Then reached back out to the dealership to get the issue resolved by them. They would not do anything, even though we purchased the trailer from them. My trailer is still falling apart with the passenger side of the trailer sagging and being held together by angle. We run a lawn care company and have to replace a lot of our equipment this past year so did not have the funds to go and purchase a new trailer. We will be lucky if this trailer makes it through this year so we will be able to purchase a new one.These trailers are not road worthy. I am afraid to pull this trailer anywhere and this company did not do a single thing about it. They can sure sell these trailers but when it comes to someone's safety and well-being they do not care. I do not care who the manufacturer of an item is, if you are a dealer selling the item it is your responsibility to take care of your immediate customers. When we reached out about this, we should of either gotten a refund or a different trailer from a different supplier that they deal with.There is absolutely no reason that 3 months after purchasing a "brand new" trailer I should be having to fear every time I pull it down the road and be looking for another trailer to haul my equipment around.
