      My first complaint was in February of this year and was related to charges that were in the January report. We had stated to please let us know first if there was any issue related to our house. Also, in that complaint in point #2 I had said that I noticed a "LACK OF COMMUNICATION" on your part. Response to that complaint was I'm sorry it won't happen again In March another complaint was issued about the additional charges in the February report and ***** stated we understand your frustration but it won't happen again Now in April when we read the March report we find again an additional charge for BACKFLOW. As you can see in the attachment we already pay BACKFLOW to the **** Now they have deducted that money from me where I have already paid it to the **** So because of the lack of communication, I have to pay double for the BACKFLOW. ? I am really frustrated with the poor management that they have with my property, as they know in my previous complaints in January, February and March. I had let them know in the previous statement that as an owner I do not have confidence in their service since it is unprofessional and our contract should be canceled since I have not seen any improvement in your service. There is a big difference in what the agent of their company told us prior to signing the contract and the reality of the service they have provided. She was very professional and the service I receive is very poor and questionable. I appreciate all your cooperation.

      Inspect property thoroughly before you move in. We have an ongoing horrible experience with this company!Our property was not cleaned properly, garage door broken, outside pool area filthy, pool never turned on, dryer not vented properly or up to code-Lint was venting directly to the attic and not outside as required by the code, two outlets not working, only warm water in showers, fridge water dispenser covered with mold, oven door filthy, no light in fridge or freezer, garbage in cans from last tenants, mold in washer rubber (front loader). It's only the first day so l'm sure there's more. Getting in contact with property managers is a joke and once you do they say someone is going to get back to you for repair and never do. If you are a realtor for this company and rent these properties knowing any of this you need to check your moral and ethical compass. Stay far away from this company. We are very disappointed and have rented many times before and used different Management Companies and have not had any issues.

      Hi Mr. ***** *******************, thank you for writing us. We understand that you had toured this property in person while it was still tenant-occupied. Prior to your move in, we approved for you to have the house deep-cleaned and the dryer vents/ac ducts cleaned at your own expense. In addition to you choosing to have the home deep cleaned, we also had the home professionally cleaned by our vendor after the previous tenants moved out and before you sent your own cleaners to have the home deep cleaned after our vendor did. We understand that many of these work orders have been addressed and a tech was out there yesterday.  This home was built in 1981. We kindly ask you to remember that this is a rental home and is not going to be a brand newly built model home with no flaws. To address all your concerns that you mentioned here: 
                You mention the home not being clean - However, as mentioned above; we had the home professionally cleaned and in addition, you hired your own cleaners after ours to have it deep cleaned again. 
                The garage door broken We have never had an issue before. This could be a kicked laser and will have a technician look into this. 
                The outside pool area dirty Weve contacted a vendor to wash the pool deck. 
                The pool never tuned on The owners pool guy addressed this last Friday. 
                The dryer not vented It looks like there was a broken vent in the attic and it may be that this has always been like this. Weve sent a vendor out to remedy this. 
                2 outlets not working  - It is likely that this is a GFI issue and well have a technician come out to address. 
                There is only warm water in showers (not hot) The water heater may need to be turned up a notch. Long copper run to master bath. Well have ************** look into this as well. 
                The fridge water dispenser moldy The fridge water tube has discoloration. We can have ************** clean this for you. The deep cleaners that you hired should have addressed. 
                The over door dirty The deep cleaners that you hired should have addressed. 
                There is no light in fridge/freezer Well have ************** address this. 
                The garbage cans full from previous tenants This was an error on our part and we apologize for not having the trash removed prior to your move in. 
                Moldy washing machine The deep cleaners that you hired must have missed but we can have ************** address.
