"BEWARE this rental property is the absolute worst place to find I’m currently moving out after only 3 weeks in the apartment fast forward till this week after taking my morning shower I walked back downstairs to find the living room full of water apparently there is a major plumbing issue and leak that has not been properly fixed because gulfcoast keeps patching up the problem. The apartment is very old and not kept up only thing that has been remodeled was the towel on the floor that’s it dryer did not work had a infestation of sliver fish due to poor plumbing issues I have spoken with plenty of neighbors and was told the same thing No one has stayed in the unit very long and also stated there was mold because a previous tenant had flooded the bathroom and the water went through the ceiling as well I say this to say this please don’t rent with them Scott the manager is a pure joke he offered me gifts cards so that I wouldn’t complain anymore."
