Waterscapes Pools & Spas, LLC Response

Waterscapes Pools & Spas did build this pool project for this customer, but we are not aware of any outstanding items.
The last correspondence was from Mr. *, who had (3) concerns. Two of these concerns were with respect to the paver deck and some areas of pavers that had shifted or uneven. The third item was the presence of an air blower that was not installed.
Our customer care representative scheduled the paver repairs and are considered complete.
The air blower is not an included specification in our agreement, nor is it a typical item for us to install on the type of spa at this pool project. This is not considered a punch item, since it is not included in our agreement and will not be installed; as discussed with our customer.
