    I contacted the company SeroLean by phone on July 11, 2025, to return the product. I spoke with the associate and explained why I was returning the product because it was upsetting my stomach. I provided the Order Number and my email address for the account. According to the associate, she could not locate the order information. More research had to be done to locate the order, and then I would receive a call back. On July 14, 2025 never heard back, so I contacted them back with the same scenario as above. Another call on July 28th, 2025. Opened a support ticket was then going to be offered 35% back on my order-that they couldn't locate. I was then given an address to return the product. The product was shipped out to their address provided. Later, I received a call from *** that my package - returned from the vendor. When I received my package, it was stated on the label from the vendor "RETURN TO SHIPPER. REASON FOR RETURN: RECEIVER DID NOT WANT, REFUSED DELIVERY ORIGINAL RECEIVER SEOBURN RETURNS ***** FL 333 3-01" All correspondence concerning this matter is attached to this complaint. Thank you in this matter.
