  DO NOT PURCHASE - They do not back their 100% guarantee. They don't tell you or instruct you to go to their website to read the specifics. When I called to ask about the return policy, they told me I was too late but at not time was I told you had to return it before the 180 days; I was two days after that. However, they did tell me they would give me 50% if I sent all the bottles back, both full and empty. At no time was I told to keep the empty bottles and who in their right mind would keep empty bottles! I told her I wanted 100% of my money back and I was told I needed to contract customer service through email. I emailed several times with no response. After no response, I called the number I had again and then I was told I couldn't even get back 50% of my money because I was too late. I do not recommend this company or product at all; it doesn't work. I am very dissatisfied. I spent over $1800 because the guy that initially sold it to me over the phone recommended two other supplements. Not only disappointed but pissed! Lipozem doesn't even deserve one star!

  The product did nothing for me so I requested a refund utilizing their "100% Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee". First they offered me a fraction of what I paid saying it can take up to 30 days to get me refund and the reduced offer would happen right away. When I declined the partial refund they told me to send them all the used and unused bottles and include tracking info. They also asked me to send them the tracking info, which I did. That is the last I have heard from them. It has now been ********************************************************************************************************************* acknowledged receipt of the empty bottles.

  I purchased a 6 month supply of Lipozem and received a call a few days later from a consultant recommending two more products to aid in weight reduction, N-Greens and Gut Health. After two months of seeing no results, I contacted the company to request a refund of my money. I returned both sets of products to the address they told me to. I finally received a return of my purchase for the Lipozem, but nothing for the other two products. There was a 6 month money back guarantee, or so they said. My emails to the customer service address have gone unanswered.

  Do not buy this product. It is false advertisement. They do not give your money back after you send the product back even though they said they give 100% refund. They give you the runaround saying theyre gonna talk to a supervisor about your case and you never get your money back so do not buy this product. It is a scam.
