    End of January begging of February I went into easy drive to look at some cars. Came across a **** Focus 2018 with ******* miles. **** than a week (5days) my car stopped in the middle of the road. The gage did not move the car didnt want to drive but gears say drive along with transmission and oil light coming on. Easy drive told me to take it into **** servicing across the street and they will fix the issue. Easy drive has been taking car of the finances when it comes to their car. Easy drive gave me a rental for the time being. I Received my car & was told it was a chip that wasnt reading and needed to be changed. My car 2 weeks later does it again with the transmission light coming on I told easy drive they go in see what the problem is they said nothing due to the light not showing when they received the car. Went to go get my car back and less than 2 weeks again the transmission light comes back on which was last Saturday March 23rd. I go in drop the car off get put in another rental **** calls and explains that easy drive will not be paying for my car to get fixed I have a one year warranty on top of that my car was never fixed from the beginning. I was sold a lemon and easy drive & **** want me to come out of my pocket to fix their broken car when I was damaged in the beginning. I was also told in the beginning if I dont like my car I have 7 days to return they didnt want to abide by that. When I went to go take my car in the second time easy drive told me if this situation happens again we will switch you out into another vehicle. Ive had this problem going on 3 more times and all easy drive is doing is telling me their not doing anything about it nor are they paying and I was also hung up while speaking to easy drive.

    The first rental coverage was covered under goodwill, as the customer has no rental policy. The current issue is a purge valve which Easy Drive has gotten with the **** dealership and quoted at internal cost for further goodwill. The vehicles current power train coverage does not cover a purge valve. The customer not counting the mileage used on the rental has put ***** miles on the vehicle since purchase. All goodwill available has been passed onto the customer. If the customer would like to take advantage of internal cost goodwill the cost of repair drops from $680.85 to $492.31, they can schedule it with ******************************* in the **** Service.

    11/29/2023 Paid: $800 down $100 a week I paid out $1200 all together. For a 2012 Honda CR-V that had over ******* plus miles. I let my sale worker *** know that I was having car trouble the same day that I purchased the car. And asked for a list of things that was fixed on it and half of the things that they said were fixed were actually not really fixed because after two weeks of having the car I had to get an oil change and my oil life signal still didnt change and my car didnt even have an air filter. I also filed a ucc 1 that they wont acknowledge. My car was repossessed on 2/4/2024. Without information to get my car back or my belongings

    Hello. During the bad times of Covid I was able to save $7.500.00. I had went to ******** ******** as I had always done. I asked for a car without a payment and they refused. I was then sold a Lemon and later told it belonged to drive time. The car only lasted a few months and had blown up. ******** ********* advised me I would have to take it up with Easy Drive. I have made numerous attempts to make this right. I was let go from my job at ****** ******* I was scammed and sold a lemon. PL. I have filed a complaint with ******** **** ****, They decided to ignore my complaint and concerns. Please help. I am now currently living at ****** ***** without a dime, I am hoping a partial refund can be given, or I am allowed trade A Car. Please. God Bless, Gabe.     Customer came to the dealership looking for a cash vehicle, we did not have a vehicle that fit the customers cash budget. As with all customers we offered a vehicle with financing options within the credit parameters of the customer. Customer has mechanical coverages as well. If the customer would like to try and trade the vehicle they are always welcome, provided the lenders will extend a loan. No refunds are in our policy or permitted under these circumstances. We are always happy to assist customers within our capacity.

    I've paid over 6k on my car within a year and a half of having it. My warranty was extremely short. (Mileage warranty) The warranty did go for anything that was actually wrong with the car. A month after purchasing my car the engine began to come on and every since there has been problem after problem. When I called they said there was nothing they could do. I have spent over 2K fixing things on the car (2017 Hyundai Elantra). Recently, I lost my job and fell behind on payment about $800 behind. When speaking to the manager to figure something out she absolutely rude and in helpful at all. She blocked me from calling their business phone because I was upset that nothing was being done about my car. Today when I picked my car up after they had it for ONE WEEK, the battery to my was completely dead. They had to jump start it for me to drive off the lot. When I suggested they should do something, the business manager told that they don't have to do anything to fix it. I am now having to ask around to get help so I can attend work. I went to Advanced Auto Parts who let me know the battery was completely dead. Once calling them they still refuse to help me figure out a solution to a problem they obviously cause. My car was running completely fine until they pick it up. Nothing was wrong with my battery. I would like to be reimbursed for it.

    The company does not warranty battery's beyond manufacture coverage. The customer has owned the vehicle since Feb 2021. Battery's fail unfortunately and are considered owner maintenance issues.
