We first went to the dealership on June 17th, 2025 after seeing an online ad for an $8,950 ************* CLA 250. Despite asking multiple times, the sales ***resentative assured us this was the full asking price and only dealership fees would be added, bringing the total to around $10k. They said the manager wasnt present and asked us to take the car and return the next day to finalize paperwork (we live in *********, nearly 1.5 hours away). Before any paperwork was finalized, we were asked to pay a $2,000 down payment and sign a few documents to take the car. We confirmed again that the final price would match what was agreed upon, and were assured it would. We called the next day but the sales *** wasnt available, so we were asked to return the following day. On our next visit, they said the paperwork still wasnt ready and asked us to come back again. When we returned on June 23rd, the final paperwork showed a charge of over $18,000amounting to over $28,000 with interest. This was never disclosed by the sales *** and clearly not what was advertised. We did not proceed with the purchase. When requesting a refund of our $2,000 down payment, we were told the request was denied. We only paid based on misleading informationthat the car would cost around $10k totaland took the car solely at the dealerships request. The details provided to us were intentionally misleading and inaccurate. The final price was nowhere near what was advertised or verbally agreed upon, and all delays were due to the dealership. We are simply requesting a refund of part of our downpayment, as we did not buy the vehicle and were deferred, strung along, and vigorously mislead.

I am 17 years old and recently purchased a 2013 *** 335i xDrive M Sport from [capital auto mall premier, on 05/09/25, which was advertised online for $4,950. I was told the total cost would be around $6,000, including dealer fees, based on what I was informed two days prior to my visit. However, when I arrived at the dealership, I was instructed to change the insurance on my trade-in vehicle to the new car before being shown the final price or terms of the ******* wasnt until after I made the change to the insurance that I was given the final paperwork. At this point, I discovered that the total cost of the car, after financing, would actually be $30,000 over 6 years, which is far higher than the advertised price of $4,950. I was told the monthly payment would be $378 for 6 years, but this was never disclosed to me beforehand, and the price that I was initially given was not honored.Additionally:I was not allowed to test drive the car, meaning I couldnt assess its condition until after I had already driven it off the lot. After taking the car, I noticed mechanical issues that were not disclosed beforehand, raising concerns about whether the car was sold with defects that werent made clear to **** feel that I was misled by the dealership, as the financing terms and total cost were vastly different from what was initially presented, and I was pressured into agreeing to terms without being given a fair chance to review them. Furthermore, I was instructed to change the insurance on my old car before being given any clear details about the cost of the new car.I would like to request a resolution, including:The immediate return of my trade-in vehicle (if it has not already been sold) or compensation for its value.Cancellation of the sale of the car and refund of my down ********** negative credit reporting related to this transaction.

The web site is a lie and deceitful they are using capital one navigator online to get you approved for half the actual asking price of the car. They told me verbally a total sale price of $6500 then submitted a price 2 times the amount I was under the impression the loan would be for $3500 after my down payment and it was not it was for $12000 then whe I questioned where they got there payment from.the sales *** wanted to fist fight just about because I told him I was out. They hit my credit 4 times I specifically asked for it only to be run once through capital one as per I was already approved through them.

They have a ad with price of cars when I went to purchase car at final paperwork the price of car was $3995 more, I was told that is a ad fee and is listed on website, when I asked employee to show me that he could not find it, he then told me we add that to all cars we sell. So I said your advertised price is wrong he said it was supposed to be on website but they forgot to put it on. After reading other reviews they have done this to many people. This is a bait and switch.

******* ********************** Jr.Senior Compliance Analyst *************************** ***************************************************************** Office ************** Cell ************** Capital Auto Mall Premier did not comply with these people above. They lied to the investigators that there will be a check in the mail for the remainder of $3,015.00 before Friday, November 8, 2024 in which Capital Auto Mall Premier failed to comply. If you were taken advantage of please call the people above! They will help you if you have a case. I was a victim of a switch bait scam. I am borderline autistic and on SSI because Im chronically ill. They stole $3015.00 that is taking months to get back. I hope they shut down and management goes to prison! I never had the key fob in my hand, never drove it off the lot, or took the car home. These guys are straight up criminals. Lets take these guys down!!! They sell lemon cars and repossessed or stolen cars? And they are still in business?!

On 8/5/24 my son found a car on ******. He called Capital Auto Mall Premier dealership located at *************************************** to make sure it was still available and was told that it was. My son told them there were only one picture on Carfax and can he see more views of the car and was told the camera guy was not there to take any and the car is in great condition, they do not sale bad cars. My son asked if he could make an appointment to come and test drive the car and was given an appointment for 8/7/24 Wednesday at 6pm. My son started filling out paperwork with the salesman ***** he said, You cannot test drive the car today because the car needs a front bumper and some other minor work, but you are still welcomed to buy it I asked who the manager and I want to speak with him. ***** then said, his name is *******, look, I just stared working here 2 weeks ago. I called the number listed and ****** answered. I asked can I have the address and he gave me the same address I was sitting at. I asked my son was that the voice he spoke to making the appointment, my son used his phone and called right back, and they did not answer from the back office. ***** came from the back and summoned us to the back to speak with the manager (*******). When me and my son entered the office, I asked the person behind the desk his name and he said his name was *** (not *******). *** said ****** made the appointment but left for the day, we can fix the car but we will have to charge you more So I asked for clarity so you are telling me, you guys falsely advertised the car for that price, scheduled us to test drive it, and clearly it is not even drivable with the bumper hanging over the tire, wasted a 2 hour drive coming here, for you to now tell me you would repair it but is going to charge us more. *** then said, yeah, that is a $9000 car.

I called the business early in the morning and scheduled an an appointment with ****. He said he would put me on the schedule for 630 I told him that my car broke this morning and I was going to pay for a ride to get there. It was 1 hour and 30 minutes away. He assured me he would be there to take care of me and u would be able to get a care the same day. I paid for a ride there only to find out there is no ****. Apparently **** was fired. Also, **** had taken the keys ?? for both the cars I was interested in with him. So I was not able to purchase either of the cars I was deciding on. In an attempt to try to be more understanding I requested to view a different car a ****** marnao I deciding on that car. It was posted online for ******. The guy comes out and tells me that I can't buy that car because he hasn't "updated the price" yet. I asked him what he ment by that. And he just said "I put alot of work on it" "I put over 5000 into it so the price will be going up." Be he wouldn't disclose exactly how much. Then he said he was closing early and needed to go home when I said I wasnt interested in the old cars he was trying sell me. I honestly believe they lie on the price to get you to come and try to sell old cars to you once you r there. I have attached a few fraudulent ads that where not priced as listed. They still have not "updated the price"

I asked *** to provide me some type documentation I could take with me, please find the attached receipt, as this is all he had to give me. - MONDAY, 07.22.24 - Called ***** cell # he provided on the back of the slip receipt. I purchased a car from them on 4/30/24. I paid $4000. I purchased a 2006 ****** Prius with a contract and odometer reading of 75k. After going home every light on the light dash came up and I tried to put an extended warranty on it. It was flagged and I was told the car was tampered with and the miles were drastically rolled back. I contacted the business 3 wks after the purchase to resolve the issue and they said they would call me back. They have since blocked me and stopped all communication. They advertise carfax and auto check on every vehicle. This is obviously a lie and a breach of contract. I am now stuck with a car that was tampered with, doesnt drive and expired temporary plates. I have text messages and email proof I have tried to contact them. I am uploading a picture of the carfax advertisement in front of their business to show deceptive business practices.

Advertised price was not the price when we were doing the paperwork on a used vehicle . I told the dealer that it was false advertising and he said no that was the financed price . Went from $14400 to $23000 . No where did it say anything about having to pay $9000 to get to the $14400 .didnt end up buying that vehicle but bought another vehicle that had a cracked windshield which they agreed to replace . Didnt get it in writing and now they wont replace it . Scammed .
