      Hello I need to file a complaint. I have had my storage for two years and at the beginning of renting and purchasing this storage I provided proof of renters insurance. Because I didnt want to purchase additional coverage through you. My coverage proof was never added to my account and you have been charging me renters insurance this whole time.I would like my account to be refunded back renters insurance charges as I do have proof that I have had coverage this whole time Ive been renting this unit. I will contact any attorney if need be. Because I know I turned in this coverage proof at the beginning. Why it was never added to my account I dont know! I am very upset as you can imagine.
