    I signed up for a trial of ************ through ******** and opted for a 6-month supply. Unknowingly, this was on autoship. I received the charge, called the company to return the product, have followed all of their required processes (received product, called for ***, paid to return ship, got confirmation of receipt, spoke to customer service confirming receipt) and have still not received my refund.

    Sent a monthly subscription of 6 bottles of KETOIQ and billed me ****** which I didn't sign up for. Assigned me an RMA number for return and would not refund until I sent Stuff back. I sent unopened package back per their instruction. **** delivered to their ****************** on 6/26/24. My email to them was returned. One phone call to tell them they had my return was answered, and the clerk verified receipt and said someone would call. No one called. Line was now disconnected.

    I ordered Keto IQ thru ******** on April 16, 2024 from ******** Testing, thats what my bank statement states the company name is. My order was for 1 free bottle and 3 more at a reduced price. When I received the order it was for $189.99 the cost of 4 bottles. Nothing free! Tried to send back was told too late. Then on May 31, 2024 I have another charge from my bank for $189.99 from a company called Health Screen for 4 more bottled of the same exact product. When I called the same day I received them they told me I hadnt canceled my subscription. Told them if I got 4 bottles in April why would I need 4 more bottles! He cancelled my subscription and gave me an RMA to send back for a refund. When I seen the description of the May 31 transaction I had canceled my debit card because I felt it was a fraudulent charge. The man stated it would have to be refunded to the same card it was charged to. Contacted my CU and said it wouldnt be a problem it would be a mismatch and accounting would correct it. The refund still has not shown up into my account yet. I took the merchandise to the post office to return I received a receipt with my tracking number on it. When checking the tracking number I had seen the package was delivered on June 6, 2024. I give it sometime but thats been 2 months ago and still no refund! I called them today to see what was going on. I was told there was no record of any kind and that they couldnt help I told them I wanted to talk to their supervisor. Supervisor said there was no record of my name or email. I said somebody accepted the return package on June 6th and that I wanted my refund she told me she couldnt do anything because there was no record. Told her I wanted to speak to a manager and then got disconnected! Im on a fixed income and I need that money. They are just a rip off.

    Ordered a $59 bottle of Keto Iq gummies and in 30 seconds I notice a $299.00 additional charge for gut pills! I sent numerous emails to cancel . Was told to wait until I received product before I cancel. It cost me another &25 .00 to send it back as requested. Now they say Im passed the 30 day warranty . Its a scam. They have my money and their product!! And now I cant send any emails or get blocked from the customer service number.     I ordered detox gummies from Keto IQ and received a six month supply. The next month they sent me another six months worth that I did not order and they took another $****** from my account without my authorization. I refused shipment and product was returned only to hear they have a strict no refund policy. So now they have their product and my money. Because I was not prepared for a ****** withdrawal from my account, it caused an overdraft and charges from my bank. I don't think that is fair. PLEASE HELP

    I have asked that my money be refunded upon return of the product, that has not been opened. They claim that they can not refund my money because it has been longer then 30 days. My account was charged on 06/03/24 this is now 07/01/24. So , I am asumming they are going by the date that they shipped it. But as far as I am concerned it has not been 30 days from the time I was billed. And they said that there no way that they could refund my money.

    I purchased KETO IQ and it made me ill plus didn't work. They have a 100% refund guarantee. I looked on their website and refunds were allowed and no other info could be found. I returned it to the mailing address on the label with an explanation inside re my inability to take this product and that it didn't work for me. I requested a refund and included my address. I was just sent MORE product and had to call to get another refund. I found a customer service number. The subscription has been cancelled now. However, my initial shipment that I returned won't be refunded because the customer service rep told me I didn't call to get an RMA number for that shipment. I couldn't find info that I had to GET an RMA number back in May when I returned the first shipment. I asked the rep WHERE my package was and he said they wouldn't know because I didn't get an RMA number at that time. I now understand I was supposed to call to get it, but didn't know to do that, nor could I find how to return the product. I asked him what happened to products that were returned and he just kept repeating that without an RMA number, they wouldn't refund. So WHY haven't they returned my package? Where is the initial shipment that I returned? He finally gave up and said he was ending the call. I am seeking payment for my initial $129.99.

    I didnt agree to the company sending more of the previous order. I received order today and I dont know what to do about it. They dont want me to return . How I stop these orders from coming and return latest order.

    I ordered a product from this comp[any and they sent me the ketos I requested. They sent me products that I did not order and I now want to return the items I did not order. I have stopped payment on my CC but want them to stop contacting me. I also want to return the items I did not order.
