  Total scam they have taken almost $100 out of my account and was told I have 325 in rewards to spend. Lie I can't spend it

  I was checking over my bank account and noticed that I had a charge of $3.49 that was not authorized by myself. They wrote a check with my name and my address on it. To make it look like I wrote them a check to their company for a service. Which was not the case. I was not happy about their action because I dont even write checks nor do I own checks. I just thought the nerve of them I called the number that was on my account. When I called to inquire about their action a young lady answered and explained to me that it was a delivery fee from them to mail me a card worth $100 to shop at several companies through their website My Shopping Benefits. I didnt like the fact that they took it upon themselves to take money out of my account to mail me something that was supposed to seem like some sort of reward for me. After speaking to her I just could not stop thinking about it. If you are giving me a reward that is supposed to benefit me why Im I responsible for them to mail it to me? The whole thing just sounded like a scam. That is when I looked on the BBB website to see if anyone else had experienced the same thing and sure enough, this has happened to several people. I dont like the fact they have all my information and can access my account whenever they choose to. I did not ask them for a reward and I surely didnt permit them to take money out of my account. I just want my money refunded and whatever account they say I have with them closed.

  It's definitely a scam they took ***** from me. One charge over drafted my account. Without my consent. They then lied to me about this charge. No refunds

  I accidentally called the wrong number and the girl who answered the phone didn't say the company name I asked her if it was my credit card number and company she said yes and continued with a pitch I thought it was my credit card company and I had to give them my bank account information I said I was leary about doing that I'm older so I just assumed that I had the right number a couple weeks later I was charged for something I had no idea what it was I called them and told them to cancel whatever I was charged for and they were so rude I told them I was supposed to be on a recorded call and to listen to it so that they could hear me ask several times if they were the credit card company and her keep saying yes it was I'm finally getting it straightened out I've learned my lesson not to ever give personal information out!!!!!

  I was transferred to this company by a employee of UCSD IMAGING DEPARTMENT! When I asked to be transferred to the Pulmonary Function Department I was transferred to this company " Savers Club LLC" BUT their representative Kevin Brown acted as a CSR for UCSD and apologized for being transferred to wrong number; and they would send me a gift card for $100 for the inconvenience that they only needed $3.49 from my checking account for shipping, I agreed as long as he understood there was to be no other charges on my account! Then I went online to check my balance only to find that on October 16, 2023 they changed my account another $31.27. When I called the company ,2x today I was told they would cancel my account and I could still use the $100.00 on my shopping benefits site (I was told they were shipping a gift card)and then included another $30.00 for Walmart for the MISUNDERSTANDING! I told her it was not a misunderstanding but fraud and misrepresentation. I was supposed to be transferred to Pulmonary Function appointment department in UCSD! She insisted that I could still use the $100 and $30 for shopping online but couldn't return funds. My bank charges $25.00 for a stop payment! Instead I was given the name and passcode to use for my shopping.com for my $30 and 100. I was also emailed the cancellation notice for my account that was created without my authorization! Is it even safe to use??? Is there any other way to be refunded?

  Do not like this company at all I called about getting a 100.00 gift card found out that llcguard took over and I had an amt of 3.49 out of my checking acct. I have called this particular company about 5 times to cancel and that I do not need their services please help me by getting them off my back
  I already have ADT and privacy patrol
  I do not need their company not do I want them to take any more money out of my checking acct. They also kept hanging up on me

  I want to report that this is a scam. They need to be stopped. I had 2 charges applied toy account from a ******* and ****** ****
  I told them I do not want this program n they put it through anyway.
  They say they are giving me an ****** gift card for my trouble which I don't even want to open bc it comes through in my spam mail which tells me they aren't a legit company. I had a charge of 34$ and 31$. I informed my bank to stop payment on any further checks being sent. I am taking further actions. These people need to have charges filed against them. What are you going to do BBB. There are numerous people that have been effected by them

  Scam,scam,scam. They charged my checking account without my permission. I've called 3 times to cancel and they keep talking in circles refusing to accommodate me. I have contacted my bank and they are looking into this . I am also going to contact the AG from the state they are working out of. I believe this to be Florida, but that could wrong .I am not leaving any stars,but i could not submit this form without leaving at least one star. SCAM

  Yes this is a scam they written a auto generated check when I told them no. The number I called back was busy and they kept hanging up. Scam scam scam
